A good basic -
I like these shoes, they look great with pants and jeans at work. I am normally a 10 and a half and the 11 fit me fine. However, the sole is thin and not very cushioned. I take them off as soon as I get home.

A Keeper -
Very square toed which allows room for feet, but not quite as fashionable. Fitzwell's usually feel more padded/cushioned than this one feels so I wear a cushioned sock instead. The chunky heel provides good support, balance for a 2 incher.

Perfect boot!
I usually have problems finding good shoes due to a bunionette and a heel spur. When I received the boots, it fit like a glove, I ordered a wide size. I fell in love with the boot! I wore it all day long and I am on my feet about 12 hours a day. Not once did I complain that my feet hurt. I didn't have to break them in and I get compliments all the time. Great Boot!!!! Fitzwell Fit Well!!!

I really liked the look of this boot, but it was too narrow. I normally wear a 7.5 to 8 and sometimes wear a wide width shoe. I have other Fitzwell shoes in size 8W and they fit well, but this shoe was too narrow. I had to return it.

I can't thank Heather (a fellow reviewer) enough. She wrote that a wide in this boot fit her narrow foot just fine. I, too, have a narrow-ish foot and would never have ordered the remaining 9.5 W Zappos had in stock. I am so glad I did. The boot (sized up .5 size and a W) fits beautifully. I am thrilled. A good looking, good fitting boot is a treasure indeed.

I ordered these boots and although they looked beautiful and were my usual size, I had to return them. They were so tight I was afraid that even the stretching that normally occurs after a few wearings would not be enough. They felt at least one size smaller and much narrower than the size marked. A shame because they are really nice boots.

Looks good and comfy, too -
When I first put these shoes on, I really thought I wasn't going to be able to wear them - they were very uncomfortable (especially on the heel), but I needed to wear them that night and as it turns out, they were "broken in" and felt great with in 10-15 minutes. By the time I left the house, they were fine. I've never had a shoe do that. I wear them all of the time now.

Comfortable, good looking boot -
I've warn them with skirts and jeans. Look great casual or dressed up. I'm an 8.5, ordered a 9, and it fits perfectly.

I really like this boot. I had ordered a 1/2 size larger after reading the reviews but I do not think I needed to. The toe box was a little tight when I first tried them on but is fine after wearing them for a couple of hours.

Well Made...
...alright, like everyone else said, the shoe is a bit narrow. I was prepared for that from the other reviews so that's not a problem. The shoe seems very well-made but when it arrived it just didn't have the overall cool-factor that I thought it would. I like the shoe, they even tried to make it more comfortable with the gel under the heel. It's fairly comfortable, comfortable enough for me to wear them walking the dog!

Great boots!
The boots are a great casual addition to my wardrobe! They are very comfortable are the leather on the brown boots is distressed, which gives the boot character. I thought they would run small according to other reviews but I think they run true to size.

Fitzwell fits small -
I'm reliably a size 9 in various brands and the 9 in this boot was too small. The 91/2's were back-ordered so I got the 10's. They're a little loose so I'm guessing the 9 1/2's would have worked. Otherwise, I like them.

Love these boots!
I love these boots. These are the boots I have been looking for. They are very comfortable. I ordered them in a wide based on the reviews and that was a great decision. I have a narrow foot and I ordered a wide and it is perfect. I usually wear a 7.5 or an 8 and the 8W fits perfect.

Sooo small -
I could not believe how small this boot runs...I am a size 11, and this felt like a 9...I could not even get my foot into the bottom of the boot...Yikes...needless to say, I am returning.

Cute basic boot but sized wrong -
I ordered this boot in a wide because that's all they had left in my size. It definitely was not wider than average! I usually buy mediums and this was too narrow and a bit tight overall. Nice looking boot though, so I might try another size.

Frankly I'm humbled, yet excited to know what can be done by a company that hustles. I'll continue to shop with you guys and to recommend you to anyone I can for their shoe and clothes and etc. I hope you won’t get so overwhelmed by success that your level of care and service is diminished or curtailed.
