Awful fit! OK - so after reading all of the reviews about the boots being too tight, I thought "Oh - they'll be fine for me!" Big mistake! There were no concerns about them being too tight at the TOP because I could not even zip them at the bottom. After shoving my foot into them, that was it - I was not able to zip them at all! Which was really too bad because they are really cute boots.

Beware - these boots are POORLY made! I immediately fell in love with this pair thinking how stylish and cute the looked. After reading the reviews about how narrow they are I then ordered my regular 9, but in a wide. I immediately had difficulty getting them on. Once I shoved my foot into the boot I could not zip it at all. To say the least, I was very upset after the price and having ordered online. I am dreading the return process but I simply cannot work these boots. Let me add that the material is not at all worth the money! The material is really hard and unbending. No flexibility whatsoever.

A great, stylish boot -
I love this boot, and wear it all the time. It's comfortable enough that I walk to work all the time wearing this pair of boots. One warming: The heel is covered in leather, and underneath is a white material. Therefore I've gotten some tears in the heel and need to have it replaced at a shoe repair. But that would be worth the money to me. These boots are very stylish with jeans!

I have tiny feet so these boots were perfect for me. They zip up and fit my legs perfect, but again I am pretty tiny. When I ordered they only had the wides in stock. I was worried but, if it was not a wide there is no way I would have been able to zip up the boots.

Alright, I must admit, I am a Zappos junky. I read all the reviews before I buy shoes on this website, and when I read the reviews for this boot stating that they were tight at the top of the boot, I didn't believe anyone. Well, they're right. That's why I gave this boot 4 stars for comfort instead of 5 stars. I cannot zip the boot up all the way. In fact, there's about an inch opening. Doesn't matter too much to me though because I will be wearing these boots with jeans/pants.
I must say that the boot is so great looking! I love the stability of it, the skinnier heel and the little platform! So comfortable in that aspect!
If you are going to wear these with pants or jeans, then who cares if it doesn't zip all the way up. The look of this boot is super cute though and the comfort inside the boot is fantastic. Love 'em!

A Little Tight -
This boot is absolutely gorgeous, but if you have even a little thickness in the ankles and calves, it will never zip up. I have extremely thin calves and I had a little trouble getting it zipped.

I love this shoe! I had a pair of boots very similar (different maker) to these a few years ago, and I ran them to the ground. It does feel tight around the ankle and zipper area but I'm sure the leather will stretch over time.

Sleek boot, and very stylish!
I love the cushioned footbed and the look of this boot. The only complaint I have is that the boot is very tight around the ankles (and I have thin ankles). Overall, they are a great boot that I am sure will stretch in all the right places over time!

Great boot for the price -
Pros: Love the look, I can stand in them for about 6 hours before they start to be a bit uncomfortable. Con: The opening of the boot at your lower leg is soooo tight, I am not a large person and I can't zip them all the way up, wearing them with pants is a must.

Too tight?
I got the shoes, very excited to try them. I put them on and... they were too tight. Not too short, but too tight for some reason. I couldn’t believe they were normal sized, they felt narrow. I got another pair of Fitzwells at the same time - same size, but different style and they fit heavenly, not quite sure what happened with these shoes. I may return them and ask them to resend them again, maybe it is just a fluke... but they are cute anyway.

The boots are great. They are perfect for the office. They look elegant and classy but they are also extremely comfortable. I may get another pair.
The brown is a very dark brown, almost black.

Deceiving -
These boots look really cute online however in person they appear a bit juvenile. Meaning the whole grade school bubble young girl look. I never have an issue with sizing... I am average; however this boot fit extremely snug in the ankle and zipper area.

 |  | My first time ordering from Zappos was a breeze. I am a regular internet shopper, so the ordering process was easy. What really impressed me though, was the service. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on an evening after I got home from work, and the very next day when I got home the shoes were already there. I was totally shocked. I live in Alabama and I knew there was not a Zappos warehouse in the area. But the shoes were there and they looked and fit perfectly. I am a tall woman with large feet, so it’s normally hard to find shoes to fit me. I was so pleased with the shoes and the service that I started looking for more shoes the same day. I know I will be shopping with Zappos very often in the future. Keep up the good work guys.
