The price was great; the service was better. I really like the boots, but I figure one can't go too far wrong with Frye. I ordered the wrong size, they run small, so I called and had the replacements the next day, before I sent the originals back. That, to me, is one intelligent way to run a business. This was my first, but certainly not my last, experience with Zappos.

This pair of boots is well made and the leather is of excellent quality. I have bought other Frye boots in the past and I have always been satisfied. I would recommend this boot to anyone.

Great looking boot. I would have rated it 5 stars over and in comfort, however, the leg opening is disproportionate unless you have scrawny calves. If you have the "standard" male musculature, it will be tight. I like the boots so well that I'm having them stretched. Another great product from Frye that would be perfect if the design were tweaked a little. Beautiful coloration and high quality leather.

Great boots, I usually wear a 9.5 and went with a 10 for these boots. I wear thin socks with them and they fit great. Great construction.

Finally! Comfort In A Western Boot!
Words can't describe the comfort of the Frye 'Bruce'. I have a couple pair of Tony Lama's and was about to give up on the narrow toe western style. I'm so glad I tried the 'Bruce'. No pinching at all, nice soft leather, padded footbed and absolutely no break in needed. I have pairs of Frye 'Campus' and 'Belted Harness' and I found the 'Bruce' even more comfortable, since there is no heel slippage. Don't be put off by the fact they are Made in Mexico. The craftsmanship and quality is unequalled. I wear size 10 1/2 and they run perfect to size. As for Zappos, I ordered on a Monday morning and was dancing in my new boots Tuesday night. You really can't beat that for service.

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
