Hot!!!
When I first put these on, I thought I won’t be able to walk in them for more than a few feet but, surprisingly, walked all night and it did feel comfortable. Could not help looking at them in every mirror that was on my way and each time was saying to myself - what a great looking shoes. Like them so much, I was gonna buy another pair in black color (I have the cognac) but my wife did not support that idea. Too bad can’t wear them when it rains but they do make an excellent driving shoes.

Good but not great -
This shoe is sexy and looks awesome. Good for a night out and/or a day at the office. However, the shoe is damn stiff. The foot support must have been made for people who don't stand or walk very much at all because I required extra help from the doctor (Scholl’s) to make these work for me. Funny that Fitzwell really didn't fit me well at all, but the insoles really made a difference and saved me from returning it (because it really is a sexy looking shoe!)

The Gavin is an excellent shoe. Sizing is right on and very comfortable. Great looking shoe, too.

Looks better than it feels for my feet.
I was really excited to get these, tried them on and the uppers felt great and look just as great. However, after about 30 minutes of just sitting and walking around in the house, my feet started to hurt. It seems that the hard rubber soles just aren't loving my feet as much as my eyes are loving the shoes... So for me, these just aren't keepers, even if I wished they were.

 |  | My secretary called me about 45 minutes ago (10AM EST, Tuesday, July 8, 2008) to say my package arrived! This is incredible. I placed the order in the wee hours of Monday, July 7, 2008, after the 4th of July weekend, and I got the package 31 hours later. Free S&H!!! Now I have to get to the office, check the order, and try on my boots. Hopefully all is fine.
