Looks comfortable but it is not -
Outsole is made of cheap, hard and totally inflexible material. It was narrower and smaller than marked. The gel support in one of the shoes was not even in the middle. Not comfortable at all.

Didn't fit.
I ordered this shoe after having owned other Fitzwell shoes and worn them on a daily basis....but these simply did not fit. The shoes looked nice, but were way too small. I ordered this shoe in the same size as all the other shoes I own, including the other Fitzwell shoes. I even checked to make sure that the wrong size shoe wasn't shipped in the right size box, but that wasn't the case. Zappos awesome customer service made this a non-issue, but be careful just the same.

 |  | I just wanted to tell you guys/gals how wonderful you are. I ordered a pair of sneakers for my wife at about 9:35pm on Monday night, 9/8/08. I placed the order with the 4-5 business day free shipping. My wife's birthday is Saturday, 9/13/08 and I was a little bummed that they might not get here until maybe Monday, missing her birthday. Well, I was wrong! They arrived at our door step the very next day...AMAZING! I couldn't believe they got here so fast, from 9:30pm on 9/8/08 to about 3:00pm on 9/9/08. You guys/gals are amazing and I will tell everyone I know to use your web site. The gift has been wrapped and my wife never saw the package, so it all worked out as great as ever.
