I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Every company has issues once in a while, yet Zappos always comes out on top. This letter is to Zappos' employees for outstanding service! I have been ill for 4 years and I am always excited to get my package in the mail. What makes Zappos even better? Days like this, when my illness has me pretty down and I speak with customer service at Zappos. Most comfy boots ever -
These boots are so comfy -- it's like wearing your slippers outdoors. Unfortunately, they look like slippers too, but they're perfect for times when feel outweighs fashion. Take seriously the Zappos warning about the boots running big -- I needed a full size down. I do wish Ugg would make a style that's about 3 inches taller...
This is great boot. I needed something that offered a little height and style with stability. It's a sleek looking boot, made of super soft and gorgeous leather. It's really comfortable if you've got back or foot problems. The sole of the boot is made of rubber and the mushiness makes my feet hurt after walking for long periods of time, but that's my only complaint. It's just one feature away from being the perfect boot. Missing a steel shank sole probably won't bother most people. And they really are waterproof! I accidentally poured water all over my foot on the first day of wearing them and the water just rolled right off. They're expensive, but well worth it.

Cute but not comfortable -
I HAD to buy gel forefoot cushions in order to survive my first day in these boots. I get TONS of compliments on them, but for how expensive they are I expected more. Little or no arch support, little or no cushioning. Usually boots offer more support. With the gel inserts, these are okay, but I wouldn't want to do a lot of walking in them. I sit all day. Also, they don't go up high enough. I'm tall (5'10"), so maybe a shorter person wouldn't have that problem.

These are the most comfortable and stylish boots I have found after looking through thousands of pairs. With a new baby I needed something stylish but wearable. These did the trick. I have an average calf and these fit great with a little room and at a size 9 made my feet look small which is great. They may be pricey but they are so worth it with the comfort you get inside and out. I will be buying these in brown too.

Classic!
These are really great boots! Moderate heel is all day comfortable, yet the look is still slick and sexy. I bought the black leather, and tan suede. I have problem feet, so I put a pad down to soften the walk, yet it was still roomy. They are keepers.

Overall a great shoe -
Shoe runs a bit small for size; I ended up exchanging for larger size. It is hard to find a cute mid-size heel in gray; so overall I am happy to have them.
