A winner, good looking and comfortable -
I am hard to fit with a wide width and a high instep. Keep the included inserts in and you get a nice fit with excellent support, remove them and gain a little more room, good either way but I prefer them in. The shoe is well made and is exactly as pictured. Wear them with jeans or khakis.

Good look and fit, but they squeak and are hot -
The fit and look are as advertised. However, the shoes squeak in a really obvious way when you walk in a quiet hallway. They also cause my feet to sweat quite a bit. Admittedly, I have that tendency in many shoes.

I have a hard to fit foot (wide and high). Found the Drew shoes on Zappos and thought that I would try them. With free return shipping how could you not try them?
My new shoes arrived in 2 days. Zappos Rocks. The Arlington shoe looked good. They had the removable inserts and I thought that I would have to remove both of them. I took them out and my foot was swimming in the shoe. I haven't had that experience in years. Both inserts went back in to the shoes and the fit was really nice. Lots of room for my toes, heel nice and snug but a little pinch across the top.
After a few days of wearing the Arlington the fit seems perfect. There was some squeaking initially (more like the crunch of walking through snow) but that has gone away. I would definitely get another pair of Drew shoes and I'll also be shopping at Zappos again.

Great for Orthotics -
I have CMT, which is a foot/ankle disorder. I tried these shoes because they were advertised as an extra deep shoe that would accommodate orthotics. They not only accept my orthotics, but also have a very wide sole. This provides extra stability for me which I need. Overall, the shoe is very comfortable and the color is very rich looking.

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
