WOW!!!!
My daughter and I (OK, and everyone else we see) LOVES these boots. She wouldn't wear boots of another brand last winter since she didn't find them comfortable or za-zing! enough. But she really adores these. Even with all the bling-bling, it's amazing how versatile they are.

A while later, I realized that there was a possibility I would not receive the shoes before I left town to attend a wedding, and I called to arrange expedited shipping. Your customer service representative not only provided the expedited shipping at no extra charge, but arranged for delivery before the holiday weekend, thus the shoes arrived three days earlier than expected.
