Amalfi/Rangoni Elinda - This shoe looks just like the picture - the wedge gives it the illusion of a heel and adds arch support. The patent leather was very nice and surprisingly soft and it was well made. It looked great on until I left them on for a few minutes. They seem to run narrow across the ball of the foot. I walked around the house in them for a little while knowing that quality leather will relax very quickly rather than ease up the discomfort increased. I've never run into this problem with this brand and I've been wearing Amalfi for many years, but Zappos was terrific about handling the return and the return shipping label appeared on my computer instantly. While I don't have a wide foot by any means, this might be a good choice for someone with a narrow foot. It would be good with capris, slacks, or skirts and had the potential for being a very nice choice for just about anything, but not on my foot.

	The service alone is worth the price to pay for the shoes i ordered. I called about the shoes I was looking at, New Balance Mr1011, cause I have a bigger than normal foot – size 15 with a really wide foot. lol. The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY helpful!!! And if I remembered her name I would say that your company needs to give her a raise, but since I can’t, give everyone there a raise! You guys ROCK! I have ordered from this company before and I came back because I knew for sure you guys had to have a shoe for me. Sure enough, you guys did. I can always count on this company. Every time I need shoes, I’m hittin you guys up first thing! OH! And the shipping! Holy mother of all things good! I ordered yesterday, and I got them about 15 mins ago! And they fit wonderful! PERFECT!
