I have arthritis of the great toe and purchased these shoes to see if it would reduce the pain of walking. They have been perfect for the times I want a little dressier shoe than sneakers. Feel very comfortable for wearing most of the day.

Not all Walking Cradles are made alike; some are true to size, some are wider, some are narrower. Overall, I love them! This pair is true to size and perhaps a bit wide to accommodate 1 W and 1 M foot. They look professional and are comfortable and 'cradle' my feet for long days of standing and conducting training. Happily with Zappos, we can try shoes on and determine what works best in each style even within the same brand.

This is a great, basic shoe for work. Great cushioning. I ordered a 6W and they are true to size. I would recommend these to a friend and will order the same in the future.

Very easy transaction on shoes that I would have searched forever for going from store to store to find that they didn't have my size or style. I didn't have a chance to find out how their generous return policy (no shipping cost) works because the shoes fit!

These shoes are extremely comfortable, and were the moment I put them on. This, even barefoot, and I'm very difficult to fit. I can walk hours in them, and my feet feel fine. I mostly wear slacks or jeans; the shoes look great. I wish there were more colors available in my size.

PREMIERE is a very comfortable, well-made, multi-purpose style for avoiding vamps that cut into bunions, yet they appear reasonably feminine with skirts as well as pants. A bit more tailored-looking than a ballet flat (not quite as youthful/flirty/feminine), this is literally "just a cut above" for practicality - yet still very attractive! (My first pair was in "cashmere" leather, which is somewhat softer and more dressy-looking than regular calfskin, but therefore has nicked through excessive wear (since they go with almost any every-day clothing and are more comfortable than any of my other shoes when I must be on my feet all day). WALKING CRADLES is a great brand for feet that don’t quite fit the "average" width description, either in general or due to bunion protrusion. I own six pairs of their shoes in three styles and three colors - and always keep an eye open for new possibilities! (Appealing color selections are offered, too - not just the usual black, brown, or navy associated with "unique" sizes!)

I've been looking for a sturdy, supportive, plain ballet-type flat without straps or bows and am thrilled to have found this shoe. I rate it 4 stars ONLY because it runs a bit small, but it looks great.

Pretty, simple and stylish exactly what I was looking for and a non skid sole which is very important. However the shoe runs short. I normally wear 7.5 - 8 wide and ordered the 8 and could't even get my foot in it. Definitely order a size larger. On the plus side I paid for upgraded 2 day shipping, Zappos gave it to me free and I had the shoes on my doorstep in LESS than 24 hrs. Zappos customer service rocks!

Walking Cradles Rock -
It took a few wearings to get these to fit the way I like, but now they are so comfortable to my extremely hard-to-fit feet. I have bunions and arthritis in my feet and very wide feet, so it is hard to find a good shoe, usually have to return 2 out of 3 pairs I buy. These are casual, but look OK for slightly dressy event; to me comfort is more important than looks. I did have to put them through a couple rounds of shoe-stretching, especially for width, but now they are great.

I love these shoes! My feet are very sensitive; I have only been able to wear Birkenstocks since 2003. I don't have very good arches. Plus, I am 300 lb. Wearing the regular flats with not much to them, I can't wear very long before my feet start to hurt. But these Walking Cradles are awesome. They don't hurt my feet. Although, after an hour and half walking at a store in the evening, my feet did start to bother me. But when I got home, after my ride home, my feet didn't hurt when I got out of the vehicle. I wear a size 11.5 W, but had to get a 12 W. I have to push my feet back in the shoe, or the shoe will rub my foot over my big toe area. But that was when I first got the shoes. I now have no problems. My feet don't slide in them either, because the inside is not slick, but felt-like.

Love it.
I ordered my usual size, 9WW. At first they seemed a bit tight but I wore them a little very day and they stretched out a bit and now they fit very well. I have bunions on both feet and shoes often don't fit well regardless of size. These are very comfortable and I wear them nearly every day. I wish they came in more neutral colors, like beige or tan to wear with warm-weather clothes.

A really attractive shoe but I wear an 8 extra wide and this shoe would not work for me. It was way too tight across the top of my foot so I had to return them.

I love this shoe. The vamp is high enough and is above my injured big toe joint so it is a painless shoe. Unfortunately, it appears Walking Cradles is phasing this shoe out. The other ballet type flats and Mary Janes they have have a lower vamp that cuts right across the toe joint. I cannot wear them. I have 5 different colors in this shoe.

The most comfortable shoe ever!
I feel like I'm walking on air, all of my foot is being cushioned in the cute flat. It’s perfect with pants and dressy enough for work. But the comfort makes it my new favorite shoe brand. If you have arthritis or bad feet, this is the shoe for you.

Like walking on air -
I have a very hard foot to fit. Size 6 double wide. I cannot find shoes anywhere else that fit like the one's I get from Zappos. My walking cradles are very comfortable and so are the tennis shoes I ordered also. They are both like walking on air.

The sizes were a little weird.
I love these shoes. They are attractive and very comfortable. I love Walking Cradles.
The 7.5 D was too long. But the 7 D was shorter than the 7.5 by more than a half a size. However the 7D will do.

As Comfy as My First Pair!
This shoe is one of the most comfortable I have ever worn. I purchased this pair to replace the Walking Cradles I bought last year due to my elderly, senile cat inadvertently mistaking my Cradles for his litter box! I also want to join so many others in saying thanks to Zappos for its superb website and for its exceptional customer service. It is one of my favorite sites to visit.

We are happy!
I bought a pair of black Walking Cradles Premiere for my daughter. She just started a job where she needs to wear skirts and dresses and be on her feet all day. She likes them because they look nice with almost any outfit and they are very comfortable. Her only complaint was that they turned her heels a little black. She has a wide foot with a narrow heel and always has had problems with the heel slipping and giving her blisters in other shoes. These fit nice and didn't slip. We are going to order another pair in brown.

I have only had these shoes a little over a month, already they are starting to separate from the sole of the shoes to the leather part. Very disappointing. For this amount of money, you should be able to get a lot of wear out of them before they fall apart.

I am very pleased with my Walking Cradles. They are very comfortable and look very stylish. It is hard for me to find shoes that look great in the size I wear (12W) and not cost an arm and a leg and still be such a good product with such comfort. I'm glad my sister told me about this website.

Zappos has the best customer service in the business. These shoes were delivered, taken out of the box, and worn for 12 hrs. I must have comfy, wide shoes, these are great. They also look good.
