Very comfortable! Color I got was black with gray. Got my true size 7 and it fits well, no rubbing in the toe area, and it lifts me up for my longer jeans!

Love the flip flops, I have them in black and brown. They are stylish and comfy. The brown fits true to size, but the black (I tried 2 different pairs) runs small. I had to order a size up for the black.

These ran small. I have a true size 8 foot and had to send the 8 back and get the 9. The 8 was short and tight. They rubbed a blister the first time I wore them, but they are now very comfortable.

Cobian Bailey sandal -
I love Cobian sandals so I was excited to order and begin wearing these. Much to my surprise they were not as nice as I expected. I tried them on and decided to wear them to break them in. I shouldn't have done that because I would have loved to return them - a waste of money. They are so uncomfortable that I will never wear them again. I buy Cobian sandals all the time and these were not anything like what I expected.

I love these because they have lots of cushion and a soft footbed. Somewhat narrower than other brands.

Ouch!!!
These shoes tend to rub and cause my feet to become very sore where the strap rubs. Can not wear them for more than thirty minutes or else I have rubbed my foot raw.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
