I'm taking my tall Uggs for their FIRST repair job tomorrow. I've worn them EVERY (California) winter season for 15 years. I don't think I have to say anything else.

Heel area not high enough and slides up and down. EXTREMELY comfortable but with the heel problem, I'm sending them back. :(

Back can rub -
Ordered this shoe to take on tropical trip with a bit of walking in mind. Loved the look and when I first was wearing it. However after a couple of blocks those "little" backs rubbed a blister, so I folded them down and then it was great!
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Any SoftWalks, my others are amazing and getting more.

Wasn't narrow enough for me -
I SO wanted to love this shoe! Unfortunately, my heels slipped out of the heel pocket; just not narrow enough in the heel (I wear a 9.5 narrow), so I had to return them. It's a shame because they seemed very comfortable and are a great-looking sporty shoe. I am trying another SoftWalk style and am hoping to have better luck in a different style.

I got these as my lunchtime walking shoes. I have received many compliments about how cute they are. They are very comfortable, easy on-easy off and seem to be holding up well.

I LOVE Softwalks. I didn't like the fit of this shoe; it was too low at the ankle. I love that the insole that comes out. I've used it in my Keens and Salomons. It was worth the buy for that.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Any other sytle of SoftWalks. Be careful of stitching around the toe, you'll need a larger size.

Unusual Fit -
I tried this shoe and was disappointed in the look and fit. The shoe is very boxy. The heel is cut very low which made it difficult to keep the shoe snug when walking. At first I thought it was slide. Overall fit feels like a slipper which is great for comfort. The shoe lacked overall support.

Like Walking on AIR!
I am a nurse and it is so hard to find shoes that feel good after 12 hours. These are like walking on a constant cushion. Will buy every color!
