Stylist boot -
I love the look of this boot -- the pointy toe, the skinny heel and the sleek shaft. I was looking for something a bit taller (these hit just below the "ball" of my calf) and were really big around the ankle.

For years now, I have been spreading the word about you to anyone who asks where they can find awesome shoes. I have had some recent BAD experiences with horrible customer service and it is SO refreshing (especially in the year 2008) to have the customer service one deserves – from you guys. I am also in the customer service industry and care a lot about my clients and their needs. Thank you for being an amazing company and always staying on top of keeping me happy!
