Wonderful boot -
My one and only issue with this boot is that it is still slightly uncomfortable after a 6 hour (or longer) day on my feet. I work retail and don't get to sit so it could use some more comfort inside which I am going to try and take care of by buying inserts for heels (as the ones I have cause sliding). Other than that I adore this boot, it's fashionable enough to wear to work (clothing retail store) and comfy too!

I bought these boots for moderate winter city leisure travel and they were the perfect boot. They looked great with jeans and nice with dressy pants. They handled the cobblestones of Madrid nicely! I wore these boots for 5 days/night straight and they were very comfortable. They did run a bit wide/big for size. Order a 1/2 size smaller than you would usually wear. Enjoy!

I am an 11 wide. I have had major knee surgery and a total hip replacement along with plantar fasciitis in my left heel pretty severely. I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes and especially nice-looking comfortable shoes. I usually wear Dansko clogs which are always what I return to after trying everything else. I was hoping these would be cute, stylish and comfortable. They are cute, not great, but definitely better than what orthopedic boots usually look like. I was disappointed that although they were 11 wides, they were too narrow in the toe box but really wide everywhere else, so by the end of the day, my foot slid forward into the too tight cramped too box but slid all around in the heel, making them unstable to walk in. Unfortunately, I had already worn them a couple of times so could not return them. I ended up selling them to someone. But all that being said, I love Zappos!

These are keepers!
I went through many shoes in the style of Softspots Oda, Devon & Oreon, Born Moritz, Aerosoles Honey Spun, SoftWalk Montclaire, Sofft Teagan, etc., to find a similar-looking shoe with enough arch support for my flat feet. None had enough. The instep of the shoe would sag too much with all of them. Got the idea to try a bootie and this is the one! Good looking doesn't sag in instep because it isn't a shoe, I got a narrow 10 and it fits like it was made for me. Comfort!!

Attractive, but really comfortable boot - that doesn't happen often. I did order one size wider than normal because I typically need more room in a boot in the arch, so normally get a 10W ordered this in a 10WW and it was perfect, glided right in, could even still wear a sock. Great to walk in from the first wear. Not a heavy boot either, light to pick up, but still well made. Recommend highly.

This is a comfortable, good looking, quality ankle boot.
The only complaint I have is that it's wider than what I consider to be a narrow fit.
I'm very pleased with the treatment, ease of ordering and ease of returns, with Zappos.com! I'm thrilled to have discovered them. I rarely order anything from a company I know nothing about, but any fears I had were immediately abated with their service. Keep up the great service!

Love the look but...
Ordered 9 narrow...always order same size. Feel overall big...love the look and comfort. I'm going to order an 8.5 narrow and see if they fit better...Hope so!!

I really like these boots. They are comfortable and pretty stylish. A little boxy, but still look nice. I got the "red" color, but it is more like a dark brown and goes great with jeans. The only problem is there is a bit of rubbing on my baby toe on my right foot. I'll try with a band-aid on the toe and see if that helps for awhile. Cute shoes, though!

Delfina by Softspots boot -
The Delfina boot is a beautifully crafted product but was very loose and almost sloppy in fit. The shoe fit in length but not width. I ended up ordering a narrow, which solved the problem. I do not have a narrow foot. The customer service and shipping is superior at Zappos. Why shop anywhere else?

Great waterproof boot -
I am a 9.5, which wasn't in stock, so I went with the 10. They are really big - enough that it makes me wonder if a 9 would actually have been better. Nevertheless I am wearing them with thick socks which makes them perfect, and they are very stable for walking in bad weather, without looking frumpy. Nice heel, nice stitching. I am very happy with them.

FINALLY!! Boots that fit!
I wear size 6 Extra Wide - that's EE. All of the stylish shoes/boots come in B width. Most EE widths are orthopedic shoes! (Also, it is assumed that if you have wide feet you have wide calves). I have searched the internet and visited hundreds of websites for nice boots. Not only did I receive these boots in LESS THAN 24 HOURS - but my foot just slipped into them WITH my usual heavy cotton socks. The width is true to size and I will order these in another color. They come up to just above the ankle bone. You will be more than pleased with these boots.

I like this boot, it's very comfortable but the size is slightly too big so you might want to get a half a size smaller than usual for this one. Very cushiony and soft feeling plus they look nice.

I love this bootee. It is comfortable and I didn't have to break them in. I have gotten lots of compliments on the style, and the fact that it makes my feet look smaller. And that a good thing! Oh yes, and the leather is very soft. LUV!

Classy boot for any style -
This boot is so neat looking. In retrospect, I wish I had ordered 1/2 size larger - it's fine with hose, but sometimes I'd like to wear a heavier sock and it is too tight with other than hose. I'd already worn it and could not return it.

Boots for function not stylish -
I ordered these boots a half size larger as one of the reviewers who has wide feet like me suggested. They were too long. I also didn't care for the rounded toe look and the outward sole around it made it more noticeable.
I returned them for a different style.

A nice boot for wide feet and ankles -
After a LONG search for boots to fit wide feet, I found these. I sometimes wear an 8W and sometimes an 8.5M. With either, I frequently use a stretcher. I ordered an 8W about a month ago and they fit right out of the box. I have not needed to use a stretcher on either one and I have worn them with either trouser socks or lightweight crew socks. The top edge is comfortable, too, in spite of my wide legs. My preference is for comfort and the heels are a little too high for that, but still quite manageable although these are the highest heels I have worn in years. Being a teacher, I like that they are quiet when I walk. They look great with pants and long skirts, too.

A good choice for troubled toes!
I haven't worn any kind of heel in 5 years. This boot has a nice stylish little heel and lots of room for my "high heel ruined toes"! I'm happy with my choice.

Don't love the look -
This boot is comfortable and has decent arch support, but I really didn't love the look. The heel shape doesn't fit the shape of the boot somehow. Anyway, beware this boot is a full half size larger than marked. If you wear a 7.5, get the 7. It's plenty big.

I STILL HAVE THEM ON!!!!!!
Today is my first day I wore these boots. I have been dressed since 7:30 AM and I still have them on. These are the best boots I have ever bought. I also purchased another pair of boots but they were horribly uncomfortable. I will be sending them back for another pair of these in a different color.

Love these boots!
Having a wide foot and a high arch/instep, finding a boot that fits is rare. These are wonderful! They were comfortable the minute I put them on... no need to break in. They do run large. I usually wear 8 or 8.5... had to get 7.5 for good fit. Some reviewers have not liked how wide this boot is at the top... I would not have been able to get my foot in if it was narrower. If you are looking for something on the casual side, but stylish, these are great!
