Sexy, classy and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Ordered my usual 9.5 and the fit was perfect right out of the box. I was concerned that the T strap would be too short as I usually have an issue with that but it was fine. In fact, it was on the second hole. Wore them for a big work party and got lots of compliments. Spent most of my time on the dance floor and not a twinge. Didn't realize how good they were until the next morning when there was no soreness when I got up!

Pretty and Comfortable -
I really love this shoe. I was able to wear it right out of the box with no break-in time. It's very stylish, but also extremely comfortable and stable. It does have a wide, round heel, so it might not fit someone with a narrow heel. However, I find the t-strap keeps the shoe securely in place.

I normally wear a 7 and had to send for the 6.5. They are perfect. Nice heel without being too tall. I hope the suede will wear well, but if not, they are a great looking pair of shoes for dress.

Comfortable, but T-strap too short -
This shoe was so comfortable I was tempted to keep it. However, the T-strap didn't seem long enough and when it was on my foot, it made the ankle strap that loops through it look odd. I really tried to convince myself it wouldn't matter, but I knew it would bug me and it detracted from the look of the shoe on my foot. I knew it would spend more time in my closet because of this and it is a lot for a shoe to decorate my closet. The picture doesn't show this and when I took it out of the box, it didn't look odd. I don't have a particularly large or wide foot, I have a rather small ankle and I wear a predictable 6M is almost all shoes and especially Clarks. I don't think this is due to a unique aspect of my foot. It's just a design thing. If it doesn't matter to you, but comfort does, this is a great shoe.

Darling shoe. I usually wear an 8B, 7.5b was a perfect fit. The shoe was returned because the back of the shoe hit my Achilles tendon & promised a blister.

LOVE the shoes, but...
These are very comfortable and adorable, but the third time I wore them, the strap broke at the top of the 'T' - loop opened so it doesn't hold onto the ankle strap. It looks like not enough fabric - sewn down right at the ragged edge. Disappointing to have to repair so soon.

Too cute for words! Very comfortable. The heel is cut high but it's also pretty wide so that prevents rubbing. I wear an 8B in virtually everything but these had to go back for a 7.5 which was perfect.

Can I say I love this shoe?
Can I say I love this shoe? I have a narrow foot - usually wear 10, 10.5 or 11. Ideally/generally 10.5. I ordered the brown suede in a 10 (only M width available), because the reviews were good and I liked the look. SO happy that the size fits perfectly. This is really a cute shoe, unique style. The heel is nice and stable, comfortable to walk in (I'm not much of a heel girl), nice padding. I really like that the strap will help with fit/slippage, and also creates a sophisticated look. Love the rubber soles - just what I needed for fast walking without worry! Obviously would be nice with skirts, but I'm trying them on with dark jeans and think it's cute! I feel like this is one of those pairs that I'll want to take care of and make last. Great find! I highly recommend trying them.

I love the look of this shoe but because of my wide foot, the first day of wearing it took its toll by 6pm. But, I do think the next time I put them on, they will have stretched enough to make them comfortable all day.

These shoes could not look any cuter in person. They have the perfect low heel for me, but beware if you're wearing them for hours - you might need one of those pads for the ball of your foot. The minor pain is worth it though, I don't know when I've ever gotten more compliments on a new pair of shoes!

Comfortable AND lovely shoes for dancing!
I LOVE the retro look of these shoes and though I haven't taken them for a spin on the salsa floor yet, I am pretty confident they are going to be the most comfortable dancing shoes I own! I did find them to be tad tight around my instep and dug into the sides of my feet a little, but my feet are admittedly well-padded. I don't usually take a size wide, but will try it for these, esp. since there are straps to keep them on my feet.

This shoe looks great with pants and skirts. It is well-made with a real wood heel and very comfortable. It’s the perfect heel to give you some extra height, but not make you feel like you are teetering. I love it. It looks sort of old fashioned. I have received several compliments in only a week.

Retro Style in a Modern Pump!
First of all, I LOVE the look of this shoe! The ‘40s styling adds a special flair to outfits, whether you wear the shoe with a skirt or pants.
As for comfort, the shoe has a lightly padded insole so it's great for all-day wear and the heel isn't too high. The heel placement is quite balanced and the heel sturdy, so you don't feel you're teetering.
The ankle of the shoe is rather wide so I had to put inserts in. But then, I have regular-width feet with narrow ankles (lucky me) so I'm used to shoes not fitting perfectly. The front is fine, doesn't rub anywhere. Plenty of room in the toe box. The strap placement hasn't caused me any problems, either.
All in all, a spectacular look and a spectacular shoe.

I love this shoe! It is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have every owned. It is very stylish and much better looking than anything I saw at the local mall. It looks great with both pants and skirts, especially with tights. It fits true to size. Since I only live 1 hr away from the Zappos warehouse in Louisville, I ordered the shoes at about 9 PM one night, and they were delivered late the next afternoon.

In response to reviews I read about this shoe, I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear, which wasn't necessary. They take a while to break in - still wearing a bandage on the heel (after 4 wears). I've received a lot of compliments - they look great with slacks or dresses.

Decent by most standards, but falls below Clarks' standards -
In my experience, Clarks is by far the most comfortable brand of shoe in the world. HOWEVER, of the 7 pairs of Clarks I own (all of them stylish heels between 2" to 3") this is the least comfortable style. It lacks the thicker foot bed padding that the others have. With the others I feel that I'm walking on the shoe rather than the sidewalk, but with these I really feel the sidewalk - if you know what I mean). However, compared to many other brands of "comfort" shoes, you might not be disappointed in this style, especially if comfort is your second priority. Also, the shade of brown is less deep and more reddish in person than it is in the photo.

This is an attractive shoe both on and off. I've always liked Clarks for fit and comfort, but had never ordered a "dress" pair of Clarks before. This shoe got good reviews from other purchasers, and I was not disappointed. In fact, I received compliments when I wore the shoes. I also ordered a pair of Sofft, which I returned. Compared to the Clarks, the Sofft style wasn't nearly as comfortable in the toe area for me and had more slippage in the heel. The T-strap on this shoe reduced heel slippage and added stability.
