Super versatile booties...sexy too -
I ordered 9M in black and these booties are so sleek...wear them with jeans, dresses, tights, whatever and they look very feminine. The length and width fit my foot fine. I can wear a thin hose, sock, or tight comfortably. The heel is slightly taller than a kitten with the same shape. The upper is stretch fabric with a sleek leather stripe up the heel and a pull tab. Overall I love these booties and look forward to wearing them often.

Normally I like this brand -
I own several pairs of Gentle Soul shoes. However, this one is the most uncomfortable one of them all. The inside padding is not as comfortable as the other shoes and the fabric is kind of tight around the foot. I wish I hadn’t worn them because I would have sent them back.

Great looking and comfortable insoles!
I just got these and so far think they are awesome, particularly as they look pretty sexy but the cushy insole makes them very comfortable to wear so far--and it's hard for me to find comfortable shoes due to having had two foot surgeries. They may run a tad on the small side, though, as I usually wear a 6.5 and got a 7 and definitely couldn't go any smaller. The heel shape looks great sticking out from under trousers.
