These shoes are perfect for a child with a narrow foot. They are also expensive-looking at a very reasonable price. They shipped immediately.

Beautiful shoe!
My granddaughter has a narrow foot & the shoe fits her very well. A really beautiful shoe but it would probably not fit a child with a wider foot. It is just a tad difficult to get on because of the stretch strap across the top but once it is on the look is just fantastic. No complaints from granddaughter about the shoes hurting her feet & she was very happy with them.

 |  | I recently was looking for some Ugg slippers in black and ended up ordering them directly from another site (who charges shipping both ways). When I called to cancel the order, they would not let me. I was obligated. I knew about your site and the free shipping both ways. I guess I should have stuck with my original plan and ordered from Zappos. I saw the interview with your CEO today on Oprah and was very impressed with your idea of customer service. I myself have had many bad experiences with customer service over the years. I think from this point forward I will only order from Zappos. I so much appreciate the fact that customer service comes first. If and when I move to Henderson, Nevada, the first thing I am doing is applying for a job with your company.
