Short -
Like the other review, this one deplores the lack of length to the boot. I bought a pair 20 years ago & THEY were too short. Wake up, Hi Tech; a sale has been lost because I couldn't find a fit. Also, your materials are far inferior to 20 years ago.

Great look, poor quality -
I ordered a size 8 and 8.5, not knowing which one would fit my daughter better. She started with the 8 to break it in, and on the second day she wore them one of the eyes fell off. Luckily we had the back up pair, which I had not sent back yet, so she could break those in now. She needs them for Science camp in 2 weeks. I hope they last. She loves the look and feel of them.

 |  | Only order from Zappos. I ordered my shoes half a size too small. I bought them with three day shipping on Monday to ensure I would have them for an early trip to the beach on Friday. When I spoke with a Zappos representative yesterday, she arranged everything and upgraded my shipping so I would still receive my shoes by Friday. You cannot find customer service like this anywhere. They have a great attitude and always deliver to customers (both times my shoes arrived the next day). I will always be a Zappos customer for life and so will my family. |  | ~ , July 30 2008
