I\\\'d bought the other Born Harrison boot just like this one. It was such a perfect fit, I decided to try the Hemlock. I\\\'m very pleased. It fit a little tight at first, which is surprising because I have fairly narrow feet, but it stretched just a bit to fit just right. I had to try an 11 since they run a little big (I normally wear an 11.5 US). But that did the trick. Great shoes!

First shoe I've ever bought that can be worn straight out of the box, no break in required, and very comfortable. I normally prefer a more rugged boot, but these are too comfy to pass up.

This is a great boot that is true to size. It only took a day to break them in. They are a little tight across the top of the foot, but that relaxed very quick. This is a nice looking product!

Boots, very comfy. I have a wide foot, and boots fit great after a couple times wearing. Once again Zappos provides outstanding service.

Like the other writer stated, a bit tight at first, but stretch in no time. Very comfortable. Good jeans boot. And Zappos offers excellent service.

Work on concrete floor all day and constantly running around. Very comfortable shoes from day one. Did not have to break in the shoes one bit, yet another awesome product from Born, believe it's my seventh pair of Born, and the best ones yet.

Coolest boots I've ever owned -
These boots are AWESOME! Look great with jeans. Very, very comfortable. Padded inside. They were a little tight at first, but loosened up very quickly. I'll probably buy another pair when these ware out.

Super comfort -
I bought these boots for my husband, as he owns a few Born shoes that he loves because of how comfortable they are. I wanted to give these boots a try and they didn't fail me. He was pleasantly surprised and now he wears them all the time.
Additionally, I am glad I purchased them from Zappos as they also delivered a top-notch service!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
