If at first you don't succeed...
I recently bought this shoe in the leopard print as was floored by its beauty. When I put the shoe on, however, I thought Fitzwell? More like fitzbad! Even so, I decided to buy this shoe in the gunmetal and got it in a wide width and it fits so much better. This shoe is not only comfortable, it looks good, and if you take good care of it, lasts. Some advice ladies: get this shoe wide, if it’s too big, you can always return it for free!

Great, comfortable shoe. Very cute. Very pointy!!! I bought the 9W and wore them all day the first day with no problems. They are easy to walk in for a higher heel as well.

I didn't think I could wear pumps anymore...
I had been a stay at home mom for several years and lived in flip-flops and sneakers. I recently started back to work and was afraid I couldn't wear pumps any longer. The few I'd tried were so uncomfortable and I could barely walk. Since Zappos offers such great free returns, I decided to give them a try. I ordered the Lana II in white patent. Wow!!! I was hooked the minute they hit my feet. I got the wide width and they didn't crunch my toes. I could walk without feeling off balance and I could wear them for hours without sore feet. The only thing I'd say negatively was that after a couple of wears, there was a crease in the toe area of the patent shoe… but I guess this is normal. Also, I did get a few scuffs in the heel area from driving, but they seem to buff out.

Sorry they didn't fit -
This is a perfect work shoe in a great red color. I read the reviews and thought that ordering my normal size would be fine. Unfortunately, they were too big. Going from a medium to a wide you may need to order a half size smaller. They look good and felt great (except for being too large), and I love the gel insole. For the price it was a really great looking shoe. Just be careful when ordering your size. Zappos has outstanding customer service which made making an exchange effortless.

I bought the white Lana shoe and it was a 10 in comfort. I do have a problem with them though. After wearing them only once, they had scratched very easily. I tried to get them off, but it was very difficult.

Nice shoe -
This is a very nice shoe for the price. However, I ordered the red patent Lana II, and also the Stephanie in red kid leather, and I prefer the Stephanie. The Lana II was a bit plainer than the Stephanie. But if you're looking more in the $70 range than in the $85 range, this is a great shoe. They both seem to fit about the same, except the Stephanie shows just a hint of toe cleavage. Also, I think it was just a tad too tight on the toes for me to wear all day. My foot would probably go numb.

Really pointy -
Maybe the problem is that I'm already a 10.5 - but the points on these shoes are laughably long! Otherwise the shoe fit fairly well. The heel is a nice height - high enough for a little sex appeal, but low enough to be somewhat practical. I'm returning these since I just can't get past the super-point, but other wearers seem to really enjoy them. They're worth a shot!

Should have read the description better...
I LOVED how the leopard print looked online; unfortunately, I did not read closely enough that it has a "hair" upper which I despise. So as soon as the shoes came I knew they were going back. Was also confused about what size to get, as some people say it ran small, and others said it runs big. I tried it on and I pretty much always wear an 8-1/2, and it was small.

Too Bad -
I was in the search for a perfect black pump. I got this and was disappointed that the toe is extremely long. Also your toe gets really covered by the top of the shoe. I usually like showing a little toe cleavage or at least a hint but this totally covered it which took away from the femininity, I thought. I returned it. The search continues.

Uncomfortable on ball of foot -
I bought a 9.5W, and usually wear 9W or 9.5W. My toes were very cramped, however, and the ball of my foot did not feel good. It may work for people with narrow feet.

FANTASTIC!
These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long time. They truly feel like round toed shoes... I'm usually not a fan of the point b/c of comfort level but these have made me a believer!

It's comfortable, but the gel feel kind of weird. And the most important point is, it looks like grandma shoes!!! I mean I am 21, and I feel like wearing grandma shoes. OH NO!!

Dependable, cute -
Comfortable considering the heel height, dependable and fashionable. The pointy toe makes it a little tight in the toe box, but what do you expect? A little narrow in the front, but again pointy toe so it’s to be expected. Got these in black patent and gray patent (which is a little darker in person than in the picture). Overall great for work.

I had my doubts but when I got them -
They were the ones. I've been on a search for a pair of red patent leather shoes to go with a killer black dress for a while now. I order a few others off Zappos which didn't work out. These felt comfortable as soon as I put them on. I ordered them wide but since I'm in between medium and wide I can fit an extra cushion for the ball of my foot. Am not much of a heel wearer but the height seems manageable. And the red is a pretty neutral red which I'm happy with. Hopefully, I'll still be happy after I wear them to a wedding in a week.

Snakey Beauties -
SEXY! Yuppers, this is one sexy shoe. It's comfy compared to most heels, but not as comfy as I thought considering the "name" and the fact that it has a squishy thing in the heel. For ladies that are used to wearing shoes from discount shoe stores, you will feel a difference! Don't bother wasting your time with $10 and $20 shoes anymore. Your feet will thank you. I didn't think I had wide feet, but I guess I do b/c I for these in WIDE and they fit perfect.

I originally bought this shoe in red and I really liked how it looked on my foot. The heel height doesn't feel as high as it looks and is very comfortable. Every since I suddenly had to start wearing wide-width shoes, Zappos has been my place to shop. They have the largest selection of nice, sexy looking wide width shoes -- not your grandmother's shoe!

So ridiculously comfortable -
After having 2 kids my foot got big and a little wide...I reluctantly bought these and am glad I did. I wore them to a family party and never once wished I could take my shoes off and I'm a mother of a 3 yr old and newborn!!
I originally bought a size bigger but returned them...they are true to size.
