Heel Slips -
I bought these shoes for my wedding, and after attempting to break them in, I decided to try a different pair. The heel slipped for me, really badly. Also, my toes must be different or something, because the part where the toes come out cut into my feet. There is no way I could have worn these all day for the wedding without my feet being in serious pain. They are very pretty though -my maid of honor bought the same shoes, and she likes them just fine.

Not horrible -
They were not bad, but for a bride to be, on her feet, I would say...NO!
The heel slips and I returned them.

Great wedding shoe -
The shoe looks even nicer in person than it does online. It is beautiful!! It felt a touch uncomfortable for my dress fitting so I just added the gel insoles and the padding in the heel and it is perfect. Can't wait to wear these for my wedding!

These shoes look even better in person. They are extremely sexy and sophisticated. I bought them for my wedding. Unfortunately after standing around in them for 30 minutes, my feet started to ache.

A beautiful and elegant shoe. Mine felt about a half size too big. The embellishment adds a little sparkle that is tasteful, not tacky. I was nervous about them but was curious, and in the end was pleasantly surprised. However, not sure how comfortable they will be!

Stunning bridal shoe!!!
When I tried it on, the shoe was true to size and very comfortable. The jewelry on the side gives it that extra sparkle. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day...all night long!!

I am very happy with these shoes. The heel is a nice height and the shoes are quite comfortable. I think the sizes are pretty much right on.

LOVE!!
I ordered these shoes for my wedding. They are beautiful!! And despite the 3 inch heel they are very comfortable! I feel these were a classy match to my wedding dress!

 |  | I ordered a red pair of shoes from your company and my objective for them was to wear them on the days that I received my chemo. I just thought they would make me feel better to look down at my red shoes. When I placed the order, I was greeted by your usual greeting that is so comforting. I have yet to listen to the joke of the day, but I will. I was connected to a customer service rep who was so gracious and helped me with my order. We talked a little and I explained why I wanted these shoes. She, as all of your employees, always goes out of their way to please customers. That was that. The next day to my surprise a beautiful arrangement of red tulips arrived. I couldn't imagine who sent them. I opened the card and started to cry. It said, "Sending you something to match your red shoes. I hope this brightens your day. From your Zappos.com family". I just sat down and held the vase which was also bright red with a beautiful red ribbon. I have been dealing with a very rare kind of kidney cancer for the last 10 months. I have been through a lot, but I believe in the power of prayers and I have a lot of people praying for me. I also have great faith that I can beat this. My husband died of Melanoma cancer 3 years ago and it has been rough, but God only gives us what we can handle. He gave us 5 beautiful daughters and they are my strength. I have never had anything like this happen to me from a stranger. How could I even express my gratitude for this? I will never forget what you did for me and I encourage all my friends to buy their shoes from Zappos. I am a great believer in paying it forward and I always have helped someone out unexpectedly, too. I just want to say thank you again and I hope you know what a great company you have and employees.
