I purchased these sandals as a light but supportive shoe for hiking the Cinque Terre in Italy. They have really good arch support so my feet were never tired after a full day of wearing them. There isn't much of a tread on the sole so I don't recommend them if you'll be walking on any rocky or damp/muddy terrain as they will slip. But for groomed dirt trails, they're fine. My only teeny complaint was that all the straps were not fully adjustable. You can cinch down on the main straps, but if you pull them as tight as they go, the excess strap is really long and needs to be trimmed. Also if you are hiking on dusty trails as I was, the black gets dirty really fast. I was hoping to use them at night as a casual sandal I could wear with a skirt to dinner, but they needed to be washed in order to make them presentable. All in all, I think they're a really good sandal and I loved the good arch support.

I love the Hipthong! I adjusted the straps according to the instructions from Chaco and found that they were tighter than I like. After loosening the straps and taking a couple of days to get used to the arch, I pretty much haven\'t worn any other shoes for the last three weeks. They are so comfortable. I ordered the black so they would go with most outfits and they dress up or down easily. I wear a size 11 and appreciate that they are true to size.

These shoes are great! I bought them for a weekend on the river to wear instead of a traditional water shoe. The footbed is super comfortable and the arch support is the best I have found so far.

These shoes are my favorite summer time flip flop style sandal. They are so supportive with a great arch and extra stability, and yet are so cute that I actually get compliments from strangers. They are washable and the soles never wear out. They are worth the money. My last pair lasted 4-5 years!

I bought this in black last June and this is the highest amount that I spent for a sandal but it worth every penny. I wore it with all my outfit, short, dresses and skirts. Give yourself a few days to adjust the straps. Mine gets the perfect fit adjustment only after a week. So, be patient. I usually wear size 7.5 and I get 8 this time and it seems a little bit big but I won\'t complain for that. Make a decision and just buy now!

Love, love, love these shoes, they hug my feet and I am very picky with my shoes and the way they feel. I want to be able to walk in them all day and not have sore feet. Great for high arches.

I was looking for shoes that would stay on my feet while boating in the river and on the shore of the river and ocean. I found it! This is a very comfortable shoe that I can adjust to fit my narrow feet. They are supportive yet don\'t look dowdy on my 51 year old feet!

These are the best sandals ever! I have very high arches and degenerative joint disease in my big toe. I can walk all day in these with no pain. My orthopedist gives them the thumbs up. Zappos is awesome and the pricing is about the same as in the store but more color selections. I found them to run true to size.

Great, cute functional sandal with tons of arch support. I love these shoes except for 2 things. First, they are quite flat. There is no heel elevation at all, which you can see from the photos. I didn't realize how much this made a difference to me until I spent hours walking with these. They tended to really tire my ankles because of the lack of heel elevation. Secondly, at the point where the straps meet the platform, mid-shoe, between the heel and the arch, the straps rub my skin and it's somewhat uncomfortable. I've now built up callouses there, but the rubbing straps still bother me. For these two reasons I can't wear these shoes all day. However, they are fine for a few hours, but I do need to switch after many hours on my feet with these.

First of all, I LOVE Zappos!!! I think I got these shoes within 30 hours of ordering them!! \r\nGreat sandals, comfortable, easy to walk the dog in! Fit pretty true to size, and tight on my foot, which is exactly what I wanted...no slipping around!

Favorite Sandals-worth every penny!
I just ordered my second pair of Chaco's. They offer extreme support. Although they are pricey for sandals, I cannot stress enough how nice it is to not have my legs and back hurting after a long day of walking/standing/moving around. Worth every penny and last a long time!

Finally a thong with arch support -
I've had these thongs for a year now and they're perfect. Lots of arch support without looking too clunky. I got the tan with a pink pattern on it, I get compliments frequently.

Very comfortable sandals!!! These flip flops were true to size even for size 11. Very good quality and worth the price. I definitely would recommend to anyone!!! I know that my Chaco's will last a long time. Zappos did a great job in getting my shoes quickly!!

This is my second pair of Chaco's I love them, I love the high arch (my feet are kinda flat) I feel the support from the sandals into my back and knees. I am a runner and the importance of good shoes and stellar support pays off. I also bought a pair of Chaco hiking shoes and once again they live up to their high standards!

Absolutely worth the money paid. I love the ability to tighten the straps when necessary and didn't feel that the straps slipped/loosened at all. The arch support is totally appreciated after spending hours walking on concrete. The only SLIGHT issue with them is that the textured soles irritate my feet the next day. I liked the Hipthongs better than the Eco Treads because they offer a better fit. Like flip flops but with more stability.

I think these shoes are pretty true to the description. They are fashionable, comfy and offer lots of arch support. The arches took me a couple days to get used to, but they make my posture better and I feel great in them now. The soles are thicker than I thought they would be.

I get compliments every time I wear these. After having ankle surgery, I have to be careful about my shoes. These are great for comfort and support.

The thing I love about Chacos is their great arch support. These are really comfy and I can walk around in them all day, however, sometimes I need to adjust the straps so they fit better on top. Some of the Chacos are a little clunky looking but these actually look a bit more streamline than most Chacos. They're cute enough for my very picky teenage daughter to slip on. I love 'em!

I LOVE these flips! As other reviewers have noted, they are great if you have sensitive feet. My old flip flops were just too flat for me, but these have a great arch support, and you can adjust the strap to really hug your foot or loosen them up. The footbed, too, offers a bit of a massage for your sole. Don’t be put off by thinking they’re uncool or too hippie-like, these are great flips and your feet will thank you. I was wearing Keen Venice sandals, but I’ve switched to these Chacos.

My favorite shoe ever. My newest pair (that came the day after I ordered them!) replaced my first pair that I literally wore the straps out on. I have problems with very high arches and wide feet; I wear these for play, work, and dress. Love them!

Comfortable Hipthong for my sensitive feet.
The style/look is great because you can adjust the straps to fit your foot.They are very comfortable to wear, especially if you have sensitive feet. I would definitely purchase another pair.

Very comfy!
I ordered these in hopes of finding something comfy enough and not be slippery when wet to wear all day to a theme park and these are going to be great. I wear a 7 and have wide feet and they're perfect. I also have bunions and have to buy shoes to accommodate. These were the ones! Great service from Zappos too.
