The Chacos run pretty true to size and width. The first day was rough, as I was getting used to the different straps, adjusting them, and where my foot fit in the sandal. However, they easily broke in the next time I wore them, and are actually very comfortable. They provide great support, as I bought them because I wanted a comfortable pair of flip flops that provided good support. The only downside is the price, but they are definitely worth every penny I paid for them. And, as usual with Zappos, they arrived within 24 hours of me ordering them!

I ordered these because I have an older pair of Chaco sandals that I am in love with. These, however, would not stay on correctly despite being the perfect size and tightened up properly; I was bummed. They are really cute, and it may just be my feet or the way that I walk, not sure. Also, I don't feel that the arch support on the EcoTread is as good as the vibram sole on my other pair.

I love the soles of this shoe. Extremely comfortable! Because the straps are adjustable, they take some time getting right. They also don't slip on though, you have to adjust the straps into place every time you put them on. Overall, very nice shoe, very comfortable sole.

The straps on these sandals drive me crazy. I don\'t like the straps at all. They move when I walk and I can\'t seem to keep them situated. I\'ve turned them into house sandals. They are great on very short walks (e.g. around the house); but, I can\'t wear them around the city. They are cute and my feet do look good; but, I\'m a comfort freak and since these straps move and force my feet into strange positions, I can\'t wear them for extended periods. They fit true to size.

My brother who lives in Colorado sent me these shoes to try. I am not a sandal person, but these shoes are so comfortable. The straps adjust to your feet which gives you a custom fit sandal. What I like most about these shoes is that there no annoying piece in-between your toes. Will definitely acquire another pair.

This is the second pair of Chacos I have purchased. I chose these because they are great for running around town and are stylish enough to even wear to work, which I cannot say about the Z-strap Chacos which are better for sportier adventures. I got them a few weeks ago and haven't even worn my favorite flip-flops since. I've even worn them out with friends and didn't feel un-stylish. Chacos have great, great foot support and the adjustable straps are great! Your foot will not slip out of the shoe even though that may seem like a possibility. You cannot go wrong with these sandals! :)

I love this shoe- I wear it almost every day. It is incredibly comfortable once you get the straps right for your feet, and they are cute, too! I have wide feet and the regular medium width fit just right.

I bought these because regular flip flops KILL my feet in the summertime. They have GREAT support, cute style, and the adjustable straps are nice. One thing I'd advise is this: be patient with the straps. It took me several days to get them just right. I've had MANY compliments on the style as well (I have the plain black ones)...YEAH, I finally found my summertime shoe!

The Chaco Wrapsody keeps my plantar fasciitis from flaring up. The arch support is amazing and the footbed is more shock absorbent than the leather Chaco styles. Since the straps don't bind the toes, I can wear them with socks in the wintertime.

Finally...a keeper. I should have known. I already have a pair of Chaco's with the ankle strap and I knew they are the most supportive sandals out there. I was hoping to find a leather sandal, that would be a little dressier, but in the end I had to choose function over fashion. I hate foot pain and my plantar fasciitis flares up if I don't have arch support. The Wrapsodys are comfortable and easily adjustable for crazy shaped feet! My feet are wide in the front and narrow in back. I will wear these to work, to the pool, shopping, and probably to my class reunion this summer! Zappos was fast and fabulous, as always!!

I just received my Chaco’s last week and love them; this is my first pair and will probably not be my last. I have not had to do as much adjusting as I had with the Zong style I tried and sent back. These stay put much better and are very comfortable. I have a very high arch and instep and these are great for that. I love the look of them and have not taken them off my feet! I highly recommend and Zappos is the only way to go!

Love them! And quick delivery!
I ordered these at 10pm at night, and they were delivered the next day by 2pm! Incredible! I get compliments on these all the time. I have them in the bright green and just love them. They're not a replacement for the typical Chaco (with the ankle strap), so I wouldn't recommend them for much hiking. Although they stay on perfectly fine, I prefer them as a casual walking shoe. At first the straps may cut/rub on your feet a little, but wait it out for a few days and then they'll be lovely and comfortable! I love mine! I highly recommend them, especially in the bright colors. The straps all look so nice! They don't come in half-sizes (or at least didn't when I bought them last fall), so I'd recommend going a size down. I wear an 8.5 and bought an 8 and they're just great.

I finally was able to order these after being on the wait list for a long time. As soon as I got the email they were available I ordered them. They were here the next day. Gotta love Zappos. It is true the straps are a pain to adjust. I still don't know if I have them exactly right- I'll have to wait until I do some serious walking in them. I hope the straps stay put and do not slide around when walking. Other reviewers have had this happen to them. If they do I will write another review to alert others. But hopefully the straps will work out for me. They are cute shoes. And the foot bed is VERY comfortable. They feel like comfy slippers. I expect to have these for many years and I wish I could order them in other colors too. So cute!

Nice looking, but take a while to break in -
I love Chaco's, and these look great. I wore them to New York City (which means walking a lot) a few days after I bought them and ended up with blisters. The straps have to be just right in order to stay on, but not rub. When new, the straps slide around so much that you can't keep them adjusted. Maybe some rubber cement in the strap holes would help? For short walks, they are fabulous. I'm not sure if I would trust them for a lot of walking yet.

Superior comfort and fit.
These sandals are the best! They offer great cushioning, arch support, and a perfect fit thanks to the completely adjustable strap system. I had my alteration lady shorten the straps, rather than send them to Chaco.

Oh my kingdom for an 8.5...
I got the Wrapsody in Jubilee - great color. After a few adjustments they fit just fine. They are great to slip on for walking the dogs and stylish enough for work (college prof.). My only wish is that they came in half-sizes. I normally wear an 8.5, so got the 9. I think the footbed was just a tad long, but not enough to send back. I am going to buy another pair and maybe try an 8. Kudos to Zappos!!! I ordered these shoes at 9:30 pm Thursday and they were waiting for me on the porch when I got home from work on Friday - how did they do that?!? Must be magic - I'll definitely be ordering that new pair from Zappos!

This is my third pair of Chacos and my least fav. I LOVE the other two. The adjustable strap keeps "unwinding" on this pair...the adjustment just doesn't stay put when I walk. :0(

The shoes are more like a 4.5 in comfort. They are only mildly uncomfortable in long walks when the straps press on the tops of my feet -- mostly because the soles are quite heavy. But, the cushion the soles provide makes the weight worth it. The appearance of the shoes is certainly more granola then chic.

Better slipper -
I have worn chaco's now for 3 years, this is the first time in a eco tread. I wear them in Hawaii all year. I am wondering if the ecoTread will hold up as long as the Vibram sole has in the past. The shoe has been a very comfortable and supportive in the past and hope that by making it a lighter recycled sole it will still continue to be that way.

I LOVE these sandals, they are adjustable for width. Have great arch support and are very comfortable to walk in. Will probably order more in different colors.

Great for wide feet -
I have size 8 but width the size of 9. This shoe JUST fits my wide foot where the Hipthong would not. I couldn't say that these are as comfortable as my regular Chacos, but they are a little dressier? I was worried about not having a back strap. I will wear these for a zillion years just like my other Chacos. I just sent the originals back to Chaco to be resoled after 3 years of constant wearing.

These are comfortable sandals, but I'm missing the hold that is with the toe loop. They are good for just hanging out or heading to work.

Cute sandal. A lot of compliments. Once you get them sized to your foot by pulling all the straps separately, which was quite a challenge, you will love the look and feel.

At first I thought I would send these shoes back. After trying them on, adjusting the straps is the clue. I didn't know this when I ordered them! I love them now, I get quite a few compliments on them!
