Support issue - The shoe is indeed soft. However, there is no arch support at all. Also the strap needs more support to it because it's just not enough material along both sides of my foot. I do like how the shoe comes in different widths. It was actually too narrow in the toes but it stretched out after a few wears. I have a very narrow foot so this was very helpful for me!

These shoes are sooo cute. They are comfortable and very stylish. The only thing wrong with the shoe is that the sole is extremely slippery. So ladies, you’re going to need to purchase some non-slip grips in addition to these fabulous shoes.

Terrific!
These truly are dressy comfortable to wear shoes. I wore them for 7 hours - through pre-wedding pictures, wedding, reception line, reception, and dancing. I'm normally not comfortable in anything but tennis shoes so these were a blessing as they got me through the event wonderfully!

I love these shoes! I wore them the whole time on my NYC trip: 9 hours of intense walking on the first day and 7 hours the next two days. No blisters at all. Only a little sore the last afternoon, but after two solid days of standing on my feet, this wasn't bad!

Great for wide feet -
Shoe fits nicely on wide foot with high arches. Looks great on. I sometimes had difficulty finding a thin strappy shoe that looks nice, young and stylish. This was all, including comfort.

Excellent "high style" shoe with great comfort!
I am able to wear this shoe throughout the day; even survived Las Vegas walking for a day! I received a lot of compliments on these in white.

Cute sandal for dress and casual. Wish the suede footbed extended to the toes, because my little toe sticks to the leather when it is hot out and this causes discomfort. I added a Dr. Scholl’s gel ball of foot insert because the ball of my foot was a little sore after wearing.

These shoes are very soft and might have been comfy but, my pinkies weren't staying in the straps. If they had an extra strap maybe but had to send them back.

Great, comfortable shoe -
I bought these for a wedding--long hours of standing! They were comfortable the whole time. The heel strap is adjustable, which is important to me because I always need to make them shorter. These are soft as advertised and very comfortable, plus I received compliments from the trendy younger set!

These sandals look fashionable and are comfortable. I was able to walk in the sandals all day. The only negative point is that because, the sandals do not have a belt across the ankle, they do make a flip-flop sound when you walk.

Footbed was very comfortable and soft. Because of this, the height wasn't really an issue. The problem I had with this shoe was the straps. They felt synthetic and rubbed weird. Plus, the heel strap felt like it was coming off when I walked.

Most comfortable sandal EVER!
I totally LOVE this shoe! I bought these in Gold/Bronze and they actually do look better in person. Strappy sandals usually cut me off in the in-step, but these fit like a glove! They are extremely comfortable, have a nice height, and look very sexy on the foot. I wear an 8W, so a sexy foot is harder for me to achieve. I'm thinking about ordering this same sandal in Black.

Cute and nice fit – except for my little toes. I've been looking for a somewhat dressier summer sandal. (I tried four others and returned them to Zappos – yeah!) This one seems to be IT. My only issue is that the narrow strap that crosses the little toe area would fit better if it was back toward the heel a bit for me. I may ask my local shoemaker to see what he can do to help because that strap presses a bit too much on that toe. Otherwise, a very nice pair of dressier summer sandals.

A comfortable strappy sandal -
I cannot believe how comfortable these sandals are! Despite the fact that they're strappy (usually a red flag) and a higher heel than I would normally wear when on my feet all day, these have truly impressed me. They required no "break-in" time and they're dressy enough to wear with a skirt. I'd definitely recommend them.

The strap slides down the heel -
I love the look of these shoes, but that's where it stops. The toe and arch of the shoe are comfortable, but the strap is positioned in such a way that it constantly slides down the back of my heel. I tried tightening the strap, but then my foot is pushed too far down into the toe. The picture made it look as if the strap would ride high on the heel, but it doesn't. Sorry, but this one missed the mark.

Cute, comfy shoe. But...
The style is great, and the shoe is comfortable. The soles are really soft, and none of the straps rub. The only problem is that it makes a weird, "whooshing" sound when I walk. I think it's because the soles are so padded. My husband noticed the sound, and asked me to return them. Too bad because they look great on.

Excellent choice for work, play, and special occasions!
I am so pleased with the fit and look of this sandal. I have it in the mixed metallic colors and it is perfectly acceptable for work, casual, and dress. The compliments I have received are numerous; most likely I will order a couple more of this style to keep for future seasons since not only is it my namesake, it is also a classic.

Wide feet -
I loved the look of these shoes. They are beautiful but I always have trouble with a high top arch. Wish they had these in a WW, anyways need to send them back not a perfect fit for me.

Love these shoes -
This is the first time I've ever bought shoes online, only because I'm incredibly picky and don't like to "break in" shoes. These are great, I got them in white and they were immediately comfortable. The back strap slips down a little on my heel, but that's the only very minor complaint I have.
