Great shoes. We are playing on an all dirt field and these things perform. I've used them for both Softball and Football and have no complaints. They are lightweight and look good. Even though they more of a turf shoe, they work great.

Awesome cleat!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are by far the best cleats I have ever owned you will not be disappointed. We had a very wet season and these worked great even in thick wet grass. Mud they worked all right but no one had traction in the mud we played in. Very comfortable I play coed and men's 4 games a week plus tourneys and these shoes have held up great.

Best shoe around for softball -
This is by far the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn for softball. You get good traction on dirt and grass. I'm on my second pair of these after trying several other brands of spikes.

No slippin' around here!
Shoe is very light weight and comfortable! Great footing on grass and dirt. Comfort of turf shoes with the traction of cleats. I went with the Blast to get the ankle support. I blew up my ankle this spring, and the shoe is giving me the support I was looking for. I'd recommend this shoe for softball players looking for firm footing/ankle support without sacrificing comfort.

Pretty good all around -
I use them playing outfield where the grass is pretty high and the feel is pretty good, also use them in the infield where during the summer months it tends to get dry and the dirt becomes a pretty hard surface and have been able to get around without a problem yet. Have not played in a wet or very damp infield wondering how they will hold up, I have narrow feet so the forefoot of the shoe it very roomy, overall they're a good purchase.

Width Sizes would help -
Prior reviews indicated it measured short. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my true size and it was perfect. I have a very wide forefoot and these shoes were slightly tight for me. A wide option would have been great. In all other respects they are great: excellent traction on dirt and grass; good cushioning and excellent support. Highly recommended with the width caveat.

Great shoe -
Great shoe for harder surfaces. I haven't had the chance to try it out on wet or thick grassy surfaces but I'd imagine with the shortness of the cleat it wouldn't perform as well as other shoes. I bought it for the harder surfaces anyway and I love every aspect of the shoe.

Softball cleats -
The reviews were correct. Comfortable and able to cut around bases with improved ease. I usually wear a 2E but with the mesh and low laces, it fits perfectly.

Love these. Extremely comfortable. The only issue I have is that one of the fields I play on has a very soft infield and I almost tripped a couple of times running.

I have been wearing Mizuno baseball shoes since high school (20 years ago). The blast is everything I have come to expect from Mizuno and more. Light weight, durable and comfortable. Would buy again in a second.

A need to have for Softball Players -
These are the second pair of the Blast that I have and I have to say that they are the best shoe for Softball out there. I have had a couple of friends that I play with buy them also and they say the same thing. Simply the BEST!!!!!

Softball Spikes -
I needed a new pair of spikes for softball and have been having ankle problems, so I decided to go with a higher cut shoe. These were both a good looking shoe and a quality name in Mizuno. My concern was sizing since I never owned Mizunos before. After receiving my shoes, they turned out to fit perfectly and were quite comfortable, not to mention stylish as I received several compliments on them. Highly recommend.

Great softball shoe...
These are impossible to find in stores and so I had no choice but to get them online. The free overnight shipping worked great and I had them in time for my next game. Just to make sure they were broken in, I did an aerobic workout in them and they felt like running shoes. Traction is the same, if not better then a normal plastic cleat, yet way more comfortable. I am debating on buying another pair. That is how much I like them.

My only real beef with this cleat is that there is a bit of heel slippage even though I have played in them 15 games and tried multiple fixes. insoles, 2 prs socks..
The cleat rocks on the infield and is also well adapted for the grass. If it fit better it would be a 10.

A wider shoe would be better -
This shoe was a little smaller than I wanted. If it was available in a wider width, that would be great. Overall this is a pretty good shoe.
