Soft and Comfy!
These shoes really are very comfortable. I got the "soft gold" color and find that they are a great neutral color and go with a ton of outfits. They look great with jeans or skirts/dresses. These shoes are also very light-weight. I found that they are true to size as well. I am very happy with them overall.

Buy this shoe! Order this shoe in every color, because your feet will be soooo happy. This shoe is so comfortable. I can actually shop in these shoes, and I have very sensitive feet...arthritis, plantar fasciitis, etc. It's really a wonderful shoe and can be dressed up or down.

I saw this shoe in the mall and wanted to buy a pair immediately, but none of the stores had my size available. I was excited to find my size at Zappos and ordered both a pink pair and a black pair. The style is attractive and slenderizing and the soft leather is very comfortable. This is high quality at a very reasonable price.

Although these are not the highest heals I own, for the height they are by far the most comfortable I have ever had! The shoes are true to size and very well made. I own 2 pair and love them both!

I bought the Black Shoe and it's great. I bought this shoe (soft gold) because I really like the cork & the beige color. I received my order 9W- couldn't get my foot in the shoe. Big disappointment. I had to return it.

Best shoe ever!
True to fit, wide is perfectly sized - bought these on a whim one day before daughter's wedding (and as expected Zappos delivered on time). It needed NO break in! Wore them about 8 hours, next wearing walked 50 blocks in NYC, no problems, I have very high arch and this shoe has very good support. Will buy more of this brand.

The shoe is...ok -
I got the gold ones. I thought the picture looked less shiny that it looked when it arrived, although it's not shiny like patent leather. By the way, it's made of plastic that does not stretch, so that caused it to be uncomfortable, where a more stretchy material would have broken in after wearing a day or two, and would have then been more comfortable. I also would have preferred if the front strap was slightly further back, so that the joint of my foot on the outside edge of my foot wasn't immediately pressing on that edge. That was where most of the discomfort came into play.
I got the wide width model, and it was probably wider than the regular width but it was not as wide as I needed. If the shoe had been able to stretch, it would have been close enough.

Extremely narrow -
I just ordered, received, and am returning my pair of Plaza sandals. I usually take a 10 (regular width) or a 9.5 (wide width). I ordered a 9.5 W in these and they were still extremely narrow. I couldn't get my foot in all the way. They're very pretty and I wish they would have fit.

Good Shoe - If you find this style shoe comfy and easy to wear, this is a good shoe. I normally wear a size 5.5, I had to get a 6. I do not know if this shoe comes in a 5.5. The 6 fits so I assume this brand runs small.

This shoe is very stylish and affordable. The only thing that bothered me was the ball of the foot area. When your feet sweat, the leather pinches your skin at the ball of your foot by the big toe and it can cause blisters or soreness. I got a comfort pad to remedy that and it’s perfect.

Comfy, comfy, comfy - I love these shoes. I have them in pink and get a lot of compliments on them. I walked all over the city with them without a problem. As somebody noted earlier, the pink is a blue-ish pink, not as bubblegum as it looks online.
