Better than slippers! I bought the bronze and love it. So soft inside with noticeable arch support, they are better than bedroom slippers! Ran true to size for me, 11M. When I first tried them on, one fit better than the other and I kept trying to get used to the uncomfortable one, until I felt inside and discovered I failed to remove the stealth cardboard toe support, oops! Once the packing material was out, these were a keeper. Enjoy!

Love these!
Comfortable when I put them on in the morning and just as comfortable at the end of the day. I am on my feet most of the day and was very happy with the support.

"Orthopedic" flats -
I got these in black leather. I thought the 5.5 would fit me but they were tight around the toes so I exchanged them for a 6. These shoes look really nice with good quality leather and a very comfortable footbed. I have narrow feet and they fit fine around the width. I'm not sure if this has to do with the construction or just my feet but the heel was loose for both the 5.5 and 6. Even when the toes felt tight for the 5.5, the shoe kept slipping out on the heel. I chose to stay with the 6 and bought heel grips. Hopefully that will solve the problem. I have yet to wear them around so can't say how it will feel over a long period of time but just by walking around the house, these shoes feel very comfortable.

I bought these for those long days at work, when I am on my feet a lot. They are indeed soft and also have a moderate arch support which I found to be very comfortable. They also did not need any breaking in. I can wear these shoes with trousers or skirts and they are very suitable for a work environment.

This is a nice looking shoe, but the toe box and width was snug. I do have a 6 wide foot, but it felt more like a 6 medium, so I decided to return them.

Comfy, but not for me -
I love Sofft shoes since they are so comfortable, but I just didn't like the way they looked on my feet. Because I have wide feet, I normally stay away from square-toed shoes because they make my feet look wider, but I wanted to give these a try. On a normal width foot, I'm sure this shoe looks great.

Not enough room in the toe area -
I was desperate for a casual black flat as well as a gold pair. There is not enough depth in the toe area. I have to keep the black ones because I am desperate but the gold ones I returned. There could be more arch support as well.

I love the look of the shoe, I got the natural color, and it goes with everything, pants, skirts, shorts, dresses. I ordered a size 10, width D, the shoes felt tight. So then I ordered a size 11, with D, and the shoe is way too big, I wanted to exchange it for a size 11, B width, but I kept these. Even though they are big, they are very comfortable, and very soft, they are good to wear all day. I am going to order the black ones; this time hopefully I will get the size right.

These are very comfortable. I wanted a shoe I could wear with dress pants or skirts and this one does the trick. I bought it in black so it can go with anything.

These shoes are great-- I got a compliment on them the first day I wore them and they are perfectly wide enough (I ordered the wide, usually wear medium/wide). I even ran to catch an elevator and thought 'Wow I'm actually able to run in work shoes...'

Convention Life Saver!
The most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I have to walk a huge convention that has killed my feet every year, but this one! Sure beat the sneakers with skirts that some women wore. I felt feminine and stylish. The bronze is lighter and more metallic than shown, but still very neutral. I got the black too. Very cushy and no-slip sole. I will never buy shoes with plastic insoles again; the kid leather is soft and absorbent. The only negative is that they squeak on marble floors.

Soft but...
This nice embroidery on the shoe creates an extra discomfort - more stitches and openings shoe has more possible hurting it creates.

Love the look of these shoes! Fairly comfortable. I am in a constant search for stylish, yet comfortable shoes. I have a lingering stress fracture in my foot/ankle from running and have had to swear off heels. These are definitely wearable for a good 8 to 10 hours, but then my foot pain does return! A very good find for what I was looking for.

I put them on the first day and wore them the whole day in comfort. There isn't much lateral support which is not a problem for me but may be for those with weak ankles. I like this shoe so much I may buy it in another color.

This is a really attractive flat and has more support than most but they cut off circulation on my right foot. The side of my foot and big toe were numb for a week after wearing them only one day! I think the problem is that the woven design has no stretch whatsoever.

On the wide side, which is fine for me. Very soft comfortable upper. Also, have large feet so shoes with very shallow vamp that are so popular look ridiculous on me--these have that shallow vamp look, but look in proportion to my foot. Love them.

Great Work Shoe -
This shoe is great! Very comfortable with a cushiony insole. The leather is really soft and flexible. I tried several different pairs of shoes and this one was the winner. It's great for the office. It took about a day to break them in - my foot had to adjust a little to the decorative cutouts in the shoe.

Very nice shoe. Other Sofft’s I own run a little short so I ordered this one a 1/2 size bigger. I shouldn't have; it is true to size. It is a nice shoe with Sofft's extra padding to make wearing it with sore feet a dream.

Cute, but not so hot -
I ordered it in white. The shoe looks so cute on the picture, but in person it was not all that much. I was hoping for the shoe to be more hugging on the sides, it was just too loose for me. I would keep it if the price was lower, but for this price, it was just not enough.

A really attractive shoe!
I have some issues with one foot from a botched surgery and this shoe is really comfortable. I would recommend it with no reservations for comfort. I bought it for a trip where I did a lot of walking, but still needed to look nice and it did very nicely. My only criticism - a mild one - is that the leather is very soft and the shoe got a noticeable scratch on the toe. I was able to hide it adequately with shoe polish when I returned home, however. Basically, this is a super shoe!

I shop with Zappos.com because it is one of the very few places I have access to narrow shoes. I have been very happy with their outstanding service and the fact that return shipping is free.
The Sofft's Pavi shoe I recently bought were true to size and very comfortable except for those first few days of getting used to any new shoe. It is hard enough to find narrow shoes now, but to find one that is comfortable too is great!

Perfect in every way -
Right out of the box, these shoes fit perfectly and look *great*. They go well with jeans and with pants. I think they're going to be perfect for the summer months. I plan on even wearing them with dressier shorts (especially when I haven't had a pedicure and I don't want to show off my toes). I am a Sofft convert with these shoes. The width is great, the size seems marked perfectly, and the support is fantastic, especially considering that most flats are lacking in that department. For point of reference, my foot is your basic size 5--not wide or narrow.

 |  | Hello, I wanted to tell you the story of my experience with your company. In May, I placed an order for a couple of items. Immediately upon purchase, I changed my mind about one of the items. I called customer service and they were able to remove the item from my order. Sure enough, when my merchandise arrived, just the item I wanted was included. The problem, however, was I had been charged for both of my original items. I placed a call to customer service and they immediately fixed the issue. A few moments later, an email arrived containing a $20 credit for future orders on your site. The customer service rep did not mention the credit when I called, so I was surprised and delighted by the gesture. A couple of months later, I decided to place another order and cash in my coupon. However, the checkout process was confusing and the order was placed before I could figure where to apply the coupon. Once again, I called customer service. Once again, they immediately fixed the problem and issued the credit to my checking account. Once again, I was pleased. A few moments later, I got another surprise email. Apparently, the shipping on my order had been upgraded to standard overnight. Once again, I was surprised and delighted. True to the promise, my order arrived the next day. My shopping experience with Zappos.com could have been a true nightmare, instead I've been converted to a customer for life. Kudos to your customer service team for their excellent responses and proactive measures to ensure I knew I was a valued customer. I wish other companies would follow your fine example.
