Batty for these boots Matey!
We have the bat boots and the pirate boots- both are very special and my son LOVES them. I mean how often do you find bats on kid's shoes without it being some marketing ploy/superhero? We're big Ricosta fans- my son has long wide feet. The fit is great. At first I was iffy on the style- the leather has this weird worn, brushed-like quality to it. I was worried about how it would wear (get dirty fast? etc) but they are standing up to the task and are great shoes.

I did something the other day that confirmed in my own mind how much I like Zappos. I wanted to buy a Tommy Bahama shirt for my husband. I had found a beautiful one online on another site, but just before I purchased, it occurred to me Zappos might have similar items. Indeed, Zappos does carry Tommy Bahama brand. I found a few shirts I liked, but not the one I really wanted. But I LOVE Zappos so much, I preferred to buy from you even if it wasn't exactly the same item. In fact, I got three shirts, knowing we could choose our favorites and send the rest back. Naturally, my husband loved all three so we are keeping them. It is a wonderful feeling to have confidence in a perfect service experience each and every time. You guys set the standard for all online purchases as far as I'm concerned. I tell people all of the time that Zappos is the best place to buy shoes--period. I will have to add that the other items are top notch and best of all come with the Zappos service.
