Wonderful Perfect Shoes!
These shoes are great. I have such a hard time trying to find shoes that fit correctly. I wear a size 10.5. Not an easy size to find and when you do find them, many times they are either much too big or too small. These are perfect and look great with jeans, pants or a skirt. I ordered these in the evening and had them the next day when I got home from work! Excellent service Zappos! The best customer service from any online company.

These are quality!
I am very happy with these boots. I just got them, and the quality seems great, as well as the fit. I am a true 10W and these feel true to width and length for me. Like the other reviewers, they feel a tiny bit snug, but not uncomfortably so. I feel like they will stretch a bit and be perfect. The color is very rich.

Best buy...my narrow feet are difficult to fit. I was surprised to find these boots fit so snuggly around the ball of the foot and at first thought I didn't want it, but then I found out that Clarks really knows what it's all about! The support is right where it should be so that the foot does not shift around while stepping, and both the heel and the ball of the foot get great support. No marshmallow feel, yet walking on hard surfaces is really comfortable with these. The slim look is really great, too! The leather is high grade and is stiff. Don't expect soft leather that will lose its shape. Sizing is true to size. Thank you Clarks!

Getting better -
I looked at many boots and read just about as many reviews before deciding on the Clark "Shelly" boot. I was a little freaked about how "slim" fitting they were. I wear a 9.5, but ordered a 10... good choice. I also ordered a 10 wide after trying on my 10 mediums, but found the wide too sloppy, so it's going back. Overall, a cute boot with jeans. Comfort is getting better (I wear Dansko professional clogs daily, so I am used to a great arch support). These boots are not as comfy, but I still like them.

I like the way these look. The extra wide is at least a wide, so they fit well. The leather is really "stiff", and there's no padding in the footbed, though. I'm hoping they break in soon - at the rate I'm wearing them, it should happen!

Clarks Shelly Boots are Great!!!
These boots are so comfortable that I want to wear them every day. I live in Key West and wear sandals 95% of the time. These boots are as comfortable as sandals. They have good support and good cushioning on the coral rocks. They have plenty of room for toes to wiggle. They have a nice heel height without feeling like you are walking on the balls of your feet. They are very nice leather. I was unsure about the turned-up toes at first, but I really like them. I get many complements on them. I ordered my regular size and W width: they fit perfectly. Love, love, love these boots.

Super comfortable and stylish boots!
These boots are super comfortable and stylish to boot! It has a bit of cowboy flair because of the upturned toe. But not so much that you feel like you're in costume. If the heel were higher w/ the same comfort, this would be an even better shoe for me. My only tiny complaint is that the shoe looks big on my foot. When I wear cute going out boots, my foot looks almost 1/2 smaller than when wearing the Clark's. But overall, it's a great every day shoe. Sooooo comfortable!!

I was a little nervous about the width after reading other reviews, but ordered my regular size anyway. I am glad that I did because they fit perfectly. After a full day of work (on my feet with no carpet), my feet felt great. I don't have small or narrow feet so it is very difficult to find shoes that can make it through my work day. I'm very happy with these shoes, their only flaw is that they are just not as cute as my little pointy heels that hurt!

Fun and comfortable boots -
These boots are really, really comfortable. The slightly upturned toe give them a sense of fun and style. I tried on many, more expensive boots than this, but these are the ones I liked best.

I wear a 12 4A, so was concerned about these 12 2A's, but with light socks they are fine. A particularly welcome feature is the low fore-foot height--it seems so many shoes are designed on the assumption that people have 2-inch high toes. I love the look and heel height. My only complaint is that they are rather low and have a pretty wide leg so my pants catch on the tops when I get up from sitting.

Comfort/Excellent for wide widths -
I have purchased Clarks before. I have fibromyalgia, wide feet and a very high arch--which makes it harder to find shoes. This combination conflicts with my fashion sensibilities:( Clarks do have some cute styles that accommodate my issues. This boot is very comfortable. I ordered a 9 1/2 WW. Fits great and is very comfortable. Anything with a polyurethane sole offers the most shock absorbency and reduces foot and leg fatigue. They are not as dressy as I had hoped, but they look great with jeans.

I have a wide foot with high arch. This shoe was perfect. I am going to order it in brown. The heel does not feel too high and it is light and does not make noise when you walk.

Big surprise, everybody's different -
First of all, wow! I ordered these after 8 pm last night and they were on the doorstep when I got home today. Amazing, Zappos! Second, after reading many reviews, I ordered my 8.5 mediums, and found that the length is perfect, only the area around the ball of my foot is a bit snug(but feels like it will stretch), but the ankle and up is roomy... I was worried that they'd be tight there, but they are not. I am looking forward to many long days of chic yet comfy boot-wearing!

Love 'em. Can where them to work with slacks, can where them out in jeans, and they're comfy enough for all the walking I do in my daily city life. They feel a little snug, so I can't where them with bulky socks.

I thought these were a really cute casual boot, but the fit was very strange. The top of the boot is super wide, so it stuck way out from my ankle and calf. They were narrow through the toes--even though I have narrow feet, they still squeezed a little too much. But then they seemed really wide through the heel--my heel slipped a lot when I walked. Plus, I wasn't crazy about the way the soles squeaked on tile and vinyl floors. I really wanted to keep these--they were exactly what I wanted in terms of looks, but the fit was surprisingly uncomfortable.

Great, but not perfect.
I really love these boots. I'm continually surprised that I can wear them for long periods of time, as I can *never* wear anything with a heel. They are really stable and well made, but still look modern. My only complaint is that the leather isn't quite as high in quality as other boots in the same price range.

Very Stiff -
I was very disappointed when I received these boots. They look pretty cute, but upon trying them on I found them to be very stiff and uncomfortable. Perhaps I am not used to this amount of support. It is difficult to bend your ankle while wearing these.

I love Clarks!
I was looking for a nicer dark brown boot for office wear that was more weather resistant than the suede ones I have; knowing I love Clarks and their comfort I was happy to see Zappos had what I needed without having to drive to the Clarks store. Reading the reviews about the 'narrowness' aspect I ordered the Wide width and am totally happy with the fit, the style, the comfort and the quality. Thank you Zappos for being there when I needed you!

I love this boot and Zappos. I ordered it on New Years Day so was not expecting it until 1/3, but when I got home from work on 1/2 there it was! I put them on immediately and wore them around the house all evening and they felt great. I wore them to work the next day and the only problem I had was the right one wore a small blister on my leg around the top of the boot. Other than that, I love the way they feel and look. I like Clarks shoes and Zappos has a much better selection than retail so I'm sure I'll be ordering again.

Pretty shoes but bad for wide feet -
I bought this pair along with Clarks Oba. This pair is just not as comfortable. I have wide feet so even though I got these wide width, I still find that my feet hurt after a few minutes of wearing (and I was walking on carpet). Unless you have non-wide feet, I wouldn't recommend this pair. Try the Clarks Oba instead.

Great Boots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These boots are great.. Not only do they look great.. they feel great on your feet... I find myself coming home from work and not changing out of them quickly into comfy shoes like I usually do.. These feel more comfy than my Tennis shoes! Great fit.. great look.. comfortable for being on your feet all day! They felt true to size... I'd have to say they are maybe a little more narrow then an average shoe/boot.

Great boot for a wider foot -
I ordered these from another vendor as Zappos was out of my size at the time. These boots are great. I needed a somewhat dressy boot, that would accommodate my wide foot and fat ankle. This boot was everything I wanted and needed. It was comfortable right out of the box with no break-in period. Received them on a Wednesday and wore them all day on Friday, no problem. My feet were not tired or sore at the end of the day.

Love 'em.
Having tried two other pair of winter boots from another on-line retailer and finding them wanting, I returned those. Then I ordered these Clarks from Zappos. They were perfect from the moment I put them on my feet. There is a reference to the 'dorky' look from another customer. I choose to imagine I am wearing cowboy boots, and that makes me comfortable with the swoopy shape to the front of the boot. They look great, are super comfortable - first time I wore them was for 5 hours on my feet all afternoon at a retail job. No problems at all and very stylish. Easy on and off. Sooo comfy. Very happy with them and they are my stylish shoes for winter. I do have a waterproof, handsome, leather lined boot for bad weather, but these are the fashion shoes that keep my paws warm and stylin' for the lovely winter season here in New England.
