These shoes are great for my office wardrobe under slacks, or with casual straight-legged pants. I like that the 2.5-inch heal appears higher than it feels. They are comfortable all day for my discriminating feet with high arches and slight bunions.

Fabulous!
I love these shoes, look great with blue jeans and any long pants. Are comfortable the minute you put them on. True to size.

This is a great looking shoe. You can dress it up or down. It's a great looking heel and a nice height. I wear an 8M and they are a bit narrow through the wide area of my foot, really hurt the bunion I have on one of my feet, and they pinch my toes. I think it's because they're a little pointed. I don't know if getting a wide in a 1/2 size smaller would've been better or not.

Great shoe - These were comfortable from the beginning. I was worried about the style because I have high arches, but these fit great and look great with pants.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
