I found these shoes to be very, very, very comfortable and once you put them on, you never want to take them off again. They also have excellent arch support.

Not What I Expected -
I am very, very picky about sandals. I've been looking for a pair of casual sandals that are comfortable, but stylish. I thought these would look much different than they do, but when the shoes arrived, they were pretty matronly looking in person. I wear a 6.5M, so having the 3 straps, 3 buckles, and chunky T-strap going down the middle, it was just too much going on and looked overwhelming and tacky. They were definitely comfortable and soft, but the style was just not what I was expecting. It's as though these are conservative comfort sandals masquerading as "edgy and modern". I'm sure they're fine for other people, but they just didn't appeal to me personally.

Fancy and Functional -
I bought these to 'upgrade' my daily walking sandals. They are very comfortable (8.5 narrow) and I wear them everyday. I only had a small problem with the inside of the upper left shoe requiring a bit of stretching, but other than that, a great shoe that works for both casual and dressier occasions.

I ordered these shoes because I wear a size 4 and it is hard to find shoes in my size that are not too "old looking". These shoes are cute, but the buckles are big looking (that may be because the shoe itself is small in size). These shoes fit a little snug and narrow. I am not sure if they would stretch out over time. The footbed also felt a little shorter than normal. However, they probably would be comfortable if they fit correctly. I am returning them, probably for another pair of Sudinis.

Comfortable and attractive -
This is a very comfortable sandal with extremely flexible soles. I bought it in the burnished taupe which goes with everything and doesn't show any dirt (the burnish is very subtle). I like that the toe is leather, so it doesn't show any toe prints, but the seam near the ball of the foot bothered me a little at first. The buckles are easily adjustable for a custom fit.

Another flexible Sudini -
This sandal is a bit tight and narrow, but it's quite comfortable due to light, flexible leather and a very, very nice footbed that holds the foot perfectly. It's a great low height. It catches and holds the foot in place, so I kept them. There is no doubt that I'll get a lot of wear out of these just in the house and running to the grocery store. I expect them to stretch out easily.

Perfect Sandal -
I absolutely love these sandals. They not only look great on, they feel as good as they look. Would have ordered a pair in a different color had my size been available. Zappos is a great shopping experience.

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week.
