Ouch! What a BEAUTIFUL shoe! I just wish they weren't SO painful, which of course didn't become apparent until after I had worn them outside. The shoe leather at the heel and toward the instep is stiff and too deep for my foot, causing blisters in several spots. UGH!

The wide is not wide -
I received an 11 W, and the width was not even close to what I would expect with a wide shoe. Most other 11 W pumps I have ordered from Zappos actually fit. Do Stuart Weitzman's run narrow? The shoe was very pretty, though the heel seemed higher than in the picture. There was some wrinkling of the upper at the seam line with the sole.

Great shoe, but finding the perfect fit was not easy -
These shoes look amazing and are unbelievably comfortable given the heel height - arch support is excellent, I guess the hidden platform helps. However, the sizing is a bit screwy (and I don't have odd-shaped feet). The 8W felt half a size too big, but the regular width was painfully narrow. I had to try 4 different pairs, thankfully Zappos customer service was awesome as usual!

I purchased these shoes after seeing them on my daughter's doctor while in San Diego. They were so striking that I called her and asked the brand name and searched until I found them on line!! I just received them last week (wood cosmo) and am absolutely in love with the look, style and feel. These were definitely worth the splurge; I wear them and feel like a million bucks!!!

Great looking shoe!
It hits a bone in my foot in the wrong place which wasn't appreciated until AFTER I wore them outside.

Gorgeous, but ouch!
The shoe is beautiful. I receive compliments each time I wear them. For me, they are extremely uncomfortable.

I brought this shoe in a 6 1/2 wide, but it was too loose. The color was much nicer than what you see on line. Wish it came in a 6 wide. I would have given it a 5 if it wasn't loose.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
