I am enjoying my new Brighton bag. It is good looking and has a place for everything I want to carry. Also I ordered the bag one evening and received the bag the very next day. Saving money by using Zappos, the bag was cheaper than in the store and was not charged for tax or shipping. A win-win for me. Happy Customer MH

gorgeous bag -
I bought this gorgeous bag for my mom for Mother's Day and it was a big hit! The leather is very soft and supple, the interior has a pretty lining and lots of pockets for all her stuff. The braided strap and pretty hardware really make it a standout. It is also (unlike so many bags available) not too big or heavy.

Vanilla Brighton Hobo -
Overall, I like this bag. It is slightly bigger than I prefer, a fact which causes it to sag slightly as I don't fill it. It has all of my criteria, though, one braided strap, (clings to the shoulder better) outside pocket for keys, a zipper closure, inside pocket for cell phone, etc.

Brighton Barbados - Simple Elegance -
I'm thrilled that Zappos carries Brighton! I ordered the Barbados in the platinum pearl. The soft leather has a hint of sheen to it, but nothing over the top. In usual Brighton tradition, the detailing in the hardware is what sets Brighton handbags apart from the rest. I'm getting quite a collection of Brighton bags and this one is a keeper!

Great service!
I went to several Brighton retailers looking for the platinum color and no one had it. Zappos did and I got it in one day! Service is outstanding, as usual. As for the purse, it is beautifully detailed, not too big or too small. The braided strap is comfortable on the shoulder and doesn't slide off everytime you move. Bravo to Brighton and to ZAPPOS!!!

Brighton Handbag purchase -
I love Brighton bags but there isn't store within 30 miles of me. When I saw that Zappos sold them I got excited. I order my bag. It arrived in less than a week. I am using it now. I also like the very low shipping charges.

This is a great bag just the right size and the strap grips the shoulder so it doesn't keep sliding off. I am impressed with Brighton bags and shoes.

This is the first time that I ordered a Brighton handbag, and it won't be my last. I ordered the platinum pearl, and it's beautiful. I can get lots of items in it. I love the outside pockets. The measurement of the strap is longer than in the description. As a matter of fact, it's just right, and the purse stays on my shoulder thanks to the braided strap, and it is very well balanced. I know I will be ordering more from Brighton. I also love the storage bag and box. Thanks again Zappos for your very fast delivery.

This bag is so very pretty. I purchase Brighton for the quality, feminine styling and that bit of whimsy that only Brighton products can provide without going overboard. This bag is lightweight when empty which is a huge factor for me; and has all the now expected pockets for cell phone, glasses, make up. etc.
The zipper pull is gorgeous and the leather is of such high quality. It is a bronzy gold and has a hint of metallic without being too glitzy~which makes it perfect for an everyday~go with everything bag.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
