	Very pleased customer!! I recently ordered some shoes for my 8 year old nephew and received that order within one day of ordering. Unfortunately they didn't fit so we needed to exchange them. Within again one day of contacting Zappos we not only had the return label to send the shoes back but we also had the replacements as well.
