Love the Eccos -
Really like the shoe. Hopefully my baby will fit into them come December. I really like the easy on/off, so far she likes them, too... but can't walk in them yet. The sole is soft and the lining looks like it will keep the elements out. SO I am lookin’ forward to using them.

 |  | This is just a quick thank you for your fantastic customer service. A few weeks ago I placed an order for some pants. I was leaving the country in two days and wanted overnight shipping. The representative said, "No problem. I'll upgrade your order. You'll have it tomorrow. No extra charge." And the next day there they were. As it turns out, one pair was defective so I called back yesterday to make an exchange. Once again, a friendly voice answered the phone and said my new pants would be here today. You should be a model for companies everywhere.
