These shoes looked cute and had a lowish heel, so I bought them. Not sure if I would have bought them from a store where I could have tried them in person. The strap is not adjustable, and kind of sticks out from my ankle a little, and the pointy toe of the shoe really pinched one of my big toes a lot.

Comfortable shoe, closure flimsy though.
I like the shoes which I was buying to dance in. Unfortunately the closure button fell off the first time I put them on. I did not return them since they were the last 11 wides. I am getting them repaired and having closures replaced on both shoes with sturdier materials.

Defective -
I had these shoes on for 5 minutes and the little button snapped off! I liked the style, but returned them because I was wary that the same problem would keep happening.

Button strap ‘20s style pump -
Sharp, vintage-looking '20s style pump, but button location for strap was too tight for high arch and I had to have that re-sewn. After alteration was made, shoe was very comfortable to walk in.

Strap broke -
Sharp looking shoe, very poor design. Very difficult to unbutton the strap and the button popped off when trying it on. The sides of the heel also rubbed under my ankle bone. Wish I had read the reviews, I would not have ordered the shoe.

Strap Broke -
This is a really smart looking dressy shoe. I wear an 8AAAA normally but the AAA width felt comfortable. I was disappointed, however, that when I tried the shoe on the strap on the right one pulled away from the shoe and broke. I'm not quite sure how you would prevent this. Other than that it's a smart looking shoe and felt somewhat smaller than the size.

Very Disappointed -
I ordered these shoes in the wide width, but when I tried them on they were too wide. Zappos delivered the same shoe in the medium width the following day, but they were too narrow. I don't recommend these shoes.

Looks and fits cheap -
I just got these today. The strap does not fit around the top of my foot, which is weird considering this is a wide. The toe is also extremely pointy; the photo makes it appear rounded but it really isn't. I also thought that for a $100 shoe, it sure looked cheap. These are being sent back and I am very disappointed.

 |  | I just want to thank you, and commend the customer service staff at Zappos. I just couldn't believe it when you actually kept me abreast of the certain pair of shoes I was looking for! Having a size 4- 1/2 foot, is very hard finding shoes. I could wear certain kinds of shoes such as boots, clogs, etc…but having to wear 3 heavy pairs of socks in order for them to fit! Well, they fit, but my feet kill me! Clogs such as the ones I purchased, seem to be more comfortable. I'm just hoping that they're not too big for me. I can’t wait to get them and see!
