I wear a size 5.5 and originally purchased this shoe in that size. The length was fine, but the straps were too wide (I have a narrow foot). I returned the 5.5 for a 5 and the straps fit perfect! I love this shoe - I could wear it all the time. It\'s fairly stylish for a flat and has the arch support that I need with my plantar fasciitis. I liked the black patent so much, I also purchased the tan color. The only complaint I have is the wideness of the straps, but I think if one has a more normal sized foot, they should be fine.

Wow! Unbelievably comfortable! Very cushioned insole, and fits my foot perfectly! The style is slightly more conservative than I usually like, but I can walk 12 hours in these things!

The sandals are very, very comfortable. Adequate arch support. BUT - very frumpy. Tried to wear them with capris but they just did not work. Works best with slacks where you don't see that much of the shoe.

This is basically a very comfortable shoe, but sadly am returning it, as the sole has a line right under the ball of the foot that rubs my sensitive feet when wearing. Otherwise, it would be the perfect shoe and might work well for someone whose feet are not quite as tender as mine.

Perfect comfort/casual sandal -
Right out of the box, perfect fit, unbelievably comfortable. Well designed so that the straps won't rub in the wrong position, leaving unsightly blisters. I hate wearing flats and try to get away with wearing any amount of heel. These are very casual, perfect with shorts or any of my hippyesque summer dresses. I could walk all day in these, great for city life. Love the tan color, matches with everything and looks great!

Ordered the black patent sandal. Loved the look, dressy flat sandal, which is hard to find. Nice built-in support. Ordered 2 sizes to find best fit. Nice to be able to return one with no hassle and no waiting in line. Love Zappos service!!

Great fit but poor quality -
I love the fit and look for this sandal but the sole started separating from the foot bed after a few wearings. I ended up having to return them since it created a flap that I could trip over. Very sad because they the best fit I have ever had.

Just wonderful!
This sandal feels like butter, the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. Fits perfectly, looks gorgeous, flattering, stylish, not trendy, classic vintage look, can be dressed up or down. I plan on wearing them often, bought in tan and black! Will tell my friends about these sandals and where to get them - Zappos.com Rocks!

Great, but...
These shoes were great. I couldn’t believe you were able to send them to me within 24 hrs. I will be a return customer. However, I should have ordered a Wide in these shoes. The sole, heel, support are all wonderful. It was just the strapping across the arch that is a little tight. They're not my first pick for comfort right now. I should have sent them back, but I was so pleased with your service.

I did not keep this shoe, it looks much more like an "old lady" shoe in person. From the little bit that I wore it around the house, I could tell that the footbed was going to be comfortable, but it did pinch a bit around the forefoot.

I absolutely love this shoe, but I returned it. I kept trying it for a few hours after work and once the hot weather hit, I found the outside edge of my foot got rubbed raw - opposite the arch. I originally chose these for the excellent arch support, which they do have, but the opposite side appears to be too high against my foot. I do think this issue is due to my own foot and not the shoe. It would probably be fine on somebody else. My foot is a tiny bit wide, but a wide shoe is too wide. The double strap over the top of the foot was also a little tight, but I think it would have stretched to be fine if I'd kept them. They were true to size when standing, but when I took my weight off, there'd be too much room in the toe - again, probably my individual foot. Or maybe good for someone who needs a pinch more length, but not a complete half size up. They look dressier on than pictured. These have a sole that can run through the yard and an upper that would fit in just fine at dinner out or even a wedding. Very versatile!

I have a difficult time finding a pretty sandal to fit my skinny foot with long arch and short toes. This sandal fit great right out of the box, as if made for me! Wore comfortably all day. Perfect for casual skirts and jeans. Will buy another pair!

Great right out of the box!
Bought these for a trip to Italy and wore them for endless days of walking with very little discomfort - and that's saying a lot since I have unbelievably sensitive feet. The straps at the back keep your foot in place and that reduces rubbing, and the sole is good on uneven terrain (although it squeaks on shiny floors). While they look a little more "old-lady" than I like, I'll be wearing them on my two-mile commute to work all summer long. With jeans covering most of them, they look as good as they feel. My only nitpick: why put a seam right where the ball of the foot can rub it? I noticed it the whole time I wore them but it didn't cause bleeding or blisters the way other shoes' raised seams, sewn-on labels, or embossed designs do. Why shoes designers feel they have to make their insoles "interesting" instead of smooth, plain, and comfortable, I'll never understand!

At last a dainty comfortable sandal that comes in wide -
Every year it is a mad dash to find the one comfortable sandal that comes in wide before they are sold out. These sandals are truly comfortable and stylish. I especially like that they come in more than black, white and brown but also blue.

Sudini’s Pleasure sandal -
These shoes are my most comfortable pair of sandals now. I found them true to size, and with a comfortable supportive arch. I'm only sorry the tan color was out of my size. I am very satisfied with the shade of green that I purchased though.

Lovely shoe -
The leather on this shoe is buttery soft, the heel height is perfect, it's very comfortable, and it's a delicate style, unlike the usual bulky clunky comfort shoe. Unfortunately, I am between a 5.5 and a 6 in sandals, so this was just a little bit too big for me.

PERFECTION!
The size 8-1/2 was perfect for my 9M feet (I always order down 1/2 size for sandals). The footbed is soft and comfortable but there's an actual arch that is in the right place! The straps are soft and supple and although I've not yet (this being the middle of winter!) worn them for more than a few minutes, they promise no blisters. I liked them so much I immediately ordered a pair in another color. YAY! They're great, right out of the box.

Sightseeing Sandals.
Immediately foot-friendly. Great for city sightseeing and walking. Comfortable foot bed. Secure & adjustable back strap. Front straps don't pinch bare toes. Cute with jeans or shorts or simple black day dresses. Less clunky than they look in the photo.
