	Hi, I just ordered yet another pair of shoes from Zappos and thought I'd take a minute to send off an email to you. People are always so quick to fire off complaints when something is wrong and spend way too much time being negative. I firmly believe in firing off compliments when something is good. SO, what I want to say to all of you at Zappos is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! You guys are so awesome and provide such an amazing service the way you run your company. I've been a Zappos customer for years and without you, I'd be lost AND barefoot. I haven't paid a CENT to another shoe store since I found Zappos. Keep up the good work!
