Looks over comfort, but still satisfied -
These are definitely not the most comfortable sandals in the world. But they look great and fit well, and I am satisfied nonetheless. I would buy these again.

WALKING IN AFRICA -
I have worn sandals before, but these Nunn Bush Hidh Tides are by far the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have worn. It is like walking on air and since I'm in Africa, they wear great during the heat of the day keeping my feet cool and comfortable.

Nice looking shoe - my foot is wide so I ordered an 11 instead of a 10.5 - it is taking a little time to break in but will be worth it.

Great value -
Available in wide sizes, protects toes, soft - no need for break-in period. Velcro is only way to go, but on this shoe is positioned on the "outside" of the foot... slightly inconvenient. These are good looking (imho) sandals that feature very thin leather on a man-made backing. We will see how long they last.

Shouldn't Be In The Comfort Section -
Looks very stylish and that is what caught my eye when they were listed in the 'comfort' category. However, wearing them was not so comfortable. The design offers good support, but the soles are pretty Spartan. There is a tag on the sole that ends right in the middle of the heel of the bottom of the foot. Very annoying. Then the foot pads are treated to a textured rubber which tends to grate the foot and promote sweat. You might risk looking silly by wearing them with socks, but the size seems to run a little small and the width of the sock made it too tight in the size 9 at any rate. Will be returning them.
