 |  |  | I have ordered with Zappos.com in the past and had a very pleasant experience. I needed a specific pair of shoes for a wedding. The ones I hoped would work, did not fit comfortably and Zappos accepted the return without question. I was very impressed with the free shipping both ways and upset that I could not find another pair to exchange for. Yesterday I ordered a pair of sandals, just for myself and could not be more impressed with the service I have received. I placed my order at 7:41pm last night. I expected a response some time in the next 48 hours that it had been processed and would be shipped within the 4-5 days your site advertises as standard shipping. At 12:21 I received an email stating it was processed and upgraded shipping to overnight next day. At 2:43am I received another email stating it had shipped with the tracking number and links attached. I am thoroughly impressed! I have never had such excellent customer service! The only time I've ever had a company upgrade my shipping and rush my order is after a problem and I had complained- they were always trying to make up for their mistakes. Zappos has gone above and beyond expectations and will certainly be receiving my business again. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and shopping experience!!!!
