Very comfortable shoe. One of the most comfortable in the casual/dress shoe line that I’ve worn and I’m not much for shoes generally. Lots of room for toes. A good looking shoe unless you are not used to the look of a wider toe.

I actually bought these shoes for a friend of mine, he absolutely loves them & states they are very comfortable, looks great & easy to polish & will likely last a very long time, as Clarks are great shoes.

Good shoes! Very comfortable!
These shoes are great for the real "working professionals". I would certainly recommend these shoes for anyone who normally suffers from fatigue from standing / walking during their job.
Also, Zappos has excellent customer service with easy returns (if needed).

Perfect shoe if you’re on your feet -
This shoe is great. My feet never feel tired or sore after and 8 hour shift. I can highly recommend them, super comfortable.

Nice shoe; a little ugly IMHO -
This is a very comfortable shoe. I have neuromas on both feet and the width in the toe box is very welcome. The heel is a little wider than I need, but I haven't noticed my heel slipping around in it. The heels of my orthotics do slip around a little from side to side, but I haven't noticed any effect when my foot is in the shoe.
The look of the shoe is very hard to get a handle on in the pictures on the Zappos site (in October 2007) because the shoe is so black. Try looking at another color to see the decorative pattern on the side of the shoe. I'm not crazy about it. The squared-off toe also looks a little clunky, but because it's responsible for the comfort at that end of the shoe, I can live with it.
I "chatted" with a Zappos sales rep who advised me to get a size 9 for my Euro-43 feet. I got 9 1/2 instead and am glad I did; the fit is perfect.

Fine Clark Dressy Shoe -
These are very nice looking and very comfortable. Everything I would expect from a Clark shoe. The fit was fine for me (14m). The leather is smooth and will scuff if subjected to much wear.

 |  | Hello, I wanted to tell you the story of my experience with your company. In May, I placed an order for a couple of items. Immediately upon purchase, I changed my mind about one of the items. I called customer service and they were able to remove the item from my order. Sure enough, when my merchandise arrived, just the item I wanted was included. The problem, however, was I had been charged for both of my original items. I placed a call to customer service and they immediately fixed the issue. A few moments later, an email arrived containing a $20 credit for future orders on your site. The customer service rep did not mention the credit when I called, so I was surprised and delighted by the gesture. A couple of months later, I decided to place another order and cash in my coupon. However, the checkout process was confusing and the order was placed before I could figure where to apply the coupon. Once again, I called customer service. Once again, they immediately fixed the problem and issued the credit to my checking account. Once again, I was pleased. A few moments later, I got another surprise email. Apparently, the shipping on my order had been upgraded to standard overnight. Once again, I was surprised and delighted. True to the promise, my order arrived the next day. My shopping experience with Zappos.com could have been a true nightmare, instead I've been converted to a customer for life. Kudos to your customer service team for their excellent responses and proactive measures to ensure I knew I was a valued customer. I wish other companies would follow your fine example.
