Hi-Tec Cape Trail -
My second pair of Hi-Tec’s and another disappointment. I first purchased another style of Hi-Tec’s going a 1/2 size larger thinking I'd be wearing them with thick socks. At a 1/2 size larger, my toes were squished against the tip and my foot would go numb after wearing them for an hour.
Knowing this, I purchased the Hi-Tec Cape Trails a FULL SIZE LARGER and my toes are hitting the front of the boot with no room to spare!
I'm really disappointed. These are a nice looking pair of boots, seemingly well-made and a great price, but Hi-Tec's sizing is WAY OFF! My daughter, who is 12 and wears a 6 1/2 women’s normally, can wear these Hi-Tec’s in an 8 with a perfect fit. A size and a 1/2 above her normal size!
If you are considering these boots, go a full size up a least, a size and a 1/2 up to be on the safe side. No more Hi-Tec’s for me.

OK boot -
Other people felt this boot was .5 sizes too small- I agree. I don't know how I'll get them to exchange it because I took too long to realize this.

Very attractive outdoor shoe, but heel rather large -
I really liked the look of this shoe, I'm a city person, and didn't want anything too clunky. Everything fit great except the heel slipped, no matter how much I tightened the laces. I tried both the 7 and 7.5, but nothing worked. Also, the top part of the back of the shoe dug into my Achilles heel. Too bad because they were so cute!

Wow, I'm impressed! Thank you for such a vast selection, great value, and efficient delivery! On Wednesday afternoon I went to a local shoe store where they recommended I try a pair of MBT shoes to alleviate foot pain. They didn't have the size I needed so I came home and visited your website...(Thank you also, by the way, for having one of the most user-friendly sites ever). There it was, my size, style I wanted, in a few colors, and at 30% less than I'd found them on clearance at the store. By Thursday at noon they had been delivered and I was wearing them! Outstanding!! Thank you!
