Stylish and comfortable -
These boots were very comfortable right out of the box, are easy to walk in, and look great with jeans. They are soft and flexible and fit so well, the kind of shoe that makes you say, "ahhh". My foot is just slightly wide so often regular width shoes feel a little snug, this boot is just right.
My only complaint is only a personal taste one, I don't like shoes that clack when I walk and the heel on this boot makes that clack noise. I wish the heel could have been as quiet as the front part with the non slip rubber like sole. It doesn't stop me from wearing these and feeling great every time though.

Best boots ever!
Fashionable, comfortable, and take no time to break in! These are really the best boots I've ever had. Wore them on vacation with no break-in time and they looked great and felt great!

Perfect for winter weather - Comfort and Style!
My first winter in New England, and I realized that my West Coast shoes were inadequate for the weather here. I wanted something that was waterproof, warm, provided stability in inclement weather, but at the same time didn't sacrifice style. Ladies, this boot is it!

Love these boots!
I ordered these boots after seeing them advertised in the NYT. They fit true to size, are very comfy, and quite stylish! I've received many compliments on them. I highly recommend these boots!

Super cute, comfy, warm & dry -
This boot is nearly perfect -- the heel gives it a nice sexy look, but it is totally stable on snow & ice; it's warm outside, but you don't overheat while inside (I've been wearing these all day at work with none of the usual hot/cold/sweating you get with cheaper boots). The slight platform seems to make them even more comfortable (your foot isn't right next to the ground, snow, ice, etc). The buckle is SUPER cute; and the suede is heavy - total quality. PLUS - I feel great knowing that they are made in Canada (I lived in Montreal - you better believe they know cold AND fashion up there). My only concern is that the suede was a bit scuffed when I received them - looked like just from being in the box. I am not sure how the suede will wear in general - I am hoping for the best 'cause I just bought a second pair of La Canadiennes! Lastly - I ordered a full size up so I can wear socks (smartwool dress socks).

Wonderful, warm boot -
This is definitely the shoe that I reach for when it is cold outside--it looks great and feel warm and wonderful. I have huge problems with my feet and spend a lot of time looking for shoes that are comfortable. This one fits the bill, and although I sometimes wonder whether I like the buckle strap across the top, I always get lots of compliments and it matches virtually everything in my closet. I could not live without this boot!

Worth the money!!
Comfortable right out of the box, great with jeans, pants, long skirts - dress it up or down. I feel sexy, tall, AND comfortable. There's room inside to wear a light sock without the shoe feeling tight. The padded footbed is great. Expensive, but ABSOLUTELY worth the money.

Wonder boot -
Unbelievable boot. So comfortable, and I usually never wear heels. The traction is pretty good too-- I wore them on a snowy day and walked down an icy street without any fear of slipping. AND they keep your feet toasty inside. How can a boat accomplish so much and still look this good? I do not know. I love mine. Very ladylike and elegant with touch of rock n roll. Fabulous.

Overwhelmed with comfort and style...
OK, it's true I haven't worn them out yet, but the minute I tried them on I felt that these will be my boots forever! And I broke my foot a few years ago and have since had trouble finding a comfortable fit, particularly with shoes/boots that have a bit of a heel. They’re so comfortable, stylish and waterproof (to boot!). Yes, they are pricey, but the quality is there. You can't ask for much more, but to top it off I ordered them last night and received them this afternoon. Zappos is amazing to say the least--thank you Zappos!!!

Getting ready for winter in the north!
These boots are amazing. I usually don't wear heels, but the heel is sturdy and it's quite easy to walk in. I'd rather buy one pair of these boots than three or four pairs of any other shoes/boots. This is my 2007 investment. Loved the boots I bought from La Canadienne last year. They are black suede, I wore them through all sorts of weather, and they still look like new. They were warm, dry, stylish and practical. What more do we want? This brand has it all! I'll keep adding a pair each year. I have a feeling that these boots don't wear out too quickly. They are so stylish they are worth the investment!

Scuffed before I got them, but very cute!
I ordered these in black suede and they arrived with scuff marks on the heels and sides--the suede looked rubbed off. Very disappointing because they fit really well and make my size 10 feet look smaller! For the money, though, I decided the quality should be higher for an ankle boot. Love the platform though.

This is a gorgeous boot! I got the Charcoal and it's a beautiful, smoky gray color. However, will probably be a challenge to match with most of my clothes... but I just can't seem to part with these boots however impractical. For a heel, these are also comfortable and they look really good w/ skirts, even though it's an ankle boot. My only regret is that Zappos doesn't carry the tall version of this boot!

Great Shoe!
Perfect fit, these are SO soft inside and heel height is perfect, not too high. They look so cute and sassy with the buckle, and I love that they are waterproof also. Never bought this brand before, but I'm ordering it in black today! Very pleased.

The town I live in, here in Wyoming does not have many shopping options and I would need to travel about 5 hours for a major shopping trip.
