I normally wear 10.5 (mens) and size 12 fits in these. They look great and are comfortable. The soles do seem hard though; it makes them good for spins. The first thing I did was replace the insoles and it much improved the cushioning and comfort. The Zappos staff was great in helping with an earlier return.

Dance Sneaker - Awesome -
I really enjoy this shoe. It allows me to participate in my Zumba classes without any pain to my rather wonky knees. It makes pivoting very easy. The shoe fits will, supports well through the arch. My only issue is that the soles are a bit slippery and that does impact some of the non-dance movements we do in class (i.e., stretching).

I originally went with Capiezio (always trusted), but ending up returning both pair. The Leo Team NRG is by far superior and gives me awesome support as well as flexibility and ease on the dance floor. I use them primarily for Hip Hop Aerobics and Salsa-Funk class, but I feel they would work for just about any dance. They do not "look" like a dance shoe, which I love, and the interchangeable color scheme is a cute little addition. Please adhere to the size requirements - the shoes do run small by about 2 sizes for men.

These shoes are so comfortable and the color "chips" were a plus that allow me to co-ordinate with my clothes.

Great shoe, but sizing guide is a bit off -
I ordered these as a casual shoe for salsa lessons, and they're great. Very well made and comfortable, although you may want to buy a gel insole or an insole with more arch support. But still, a very fine shoe. Be aware, though, that guys may need to order up more than just 1.5 sizes, especially if they have a wide foot. I typically wear a 10.5 or 11, but to play it safe I ordered 12.5. However, those were too tight, and I ended up having to go with 13.5. (For the record, the service from Zappos.com was impeccable, and the CSR I dealt with in processing the return of the first pair was the nicest CSR I have ever dealt with on the phone or otherwise.)

NOT JUST FOR DANCING!
I bought these in search of a new tenny, not for dancing. Liked the abilty to insert color tabs to customize.shoe
felt hard at first, but I can wear them all day and be very comfortable, even walking around. Haven't tried a full 6-8 hours of walking in them
yet. The price was right on these at the time also. Not sure if they are meant for everyday wear. I'll see how they hold up.

Not very comfortable -
The shoes aren't the most comfortable. The soles are like plastic. They are great for dance but since the soles are plastic they make my feet hurt quickly, there is no cushion! They also run small so if you order, order a half a size up!

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
