New Balance WX621 -
This is a very comfortable shoe. It has plenty of room in the toe box for my wide feet and the heel fits snugly. I did not need any break-in period for these shoes. I purchased a size 8, which is fine for light summer socks. However, I would purchase a half size larger to accommodate heavier sox.

A Really Great Shoe -
I replace my workout shoes at least every 4 months and usually stick to a particular brand. For about the past 2 years, I've noticed all my shoes are too short. I needed to go up a 1/2 size. This is one of the very few shoes I've found (in any brand) that actually comes in a 10.5. (Most skip up to 11). So I bought it completely on a whim. No prior knowledge of New Balance. It's fantastic. Fits beautifully. Comfortable and appears to be durable. I will definitely buy again.

Great umpire shoes!
It's been hard for me to find a woman's shoe for base umpiring. Umpires must wear an all black shoe and these are comfy and supportive for dashing over to second to make a call...YOU'RE OUT!

I had one other pair of New Balance and loved them, and after purchasing these I can see why everyone recommends them. These are comfortable with good support; I can use them running or for weight training equally.

D-width too narrow -
Zappos’ speedy service couldn't make up for the disappointment when I tried on this shoe. I bought the white/pink in the D-width. I have wide feet, but New Balance usually does a great job with their D-widths. This shoe was too narrow. As soon as I put them on I knew they weren't going to work for me. Just ordered them in the extra wide, hope this works better. My only gripe with the extra wide is that Zappos doesn't have them in the white/pink.

I received my shoes much faster than expected and have worn them daily since. They are so comfortable and look great. I have worn New Balance for years and this is the best price I have ever found.

I'm so happy to be able to find comfortable athletic type shoes that are not white or some combination of white and a very loud color that will not go with many outfits.
The tan ones I purchased will go with most of my casual pants and jeans.

I love New Balance!
This shoe feels and fits great for me. It has a squeak that I'm hoping will wear off, but it doesn't really bother me as I'm exercising when I'm wearing them. None of my other New Balance shoes have squeaked. I love New Balance since they fit my narrow foot (10AA) so well! Thank you Zappos for having them!

These are great! I wear them for my morning walk and they support my ankles and are comfortable. I have a narrow "flexible" foot so it is a struggle with shoes. Arch support is minimal - I wish they had more and I do not have high arches. Otherwise, I am very happy with them.

Overall, a good shoe for the price. I needed a good support pair of athletic shoes for treadmill and walking, that did not look frumpy, but I was not so keen on paying big bucks since I'm not a gym rat or a runner. The WX621 are comfortable fit, with no breaking in period. I bought them in a narrow and the fit was fine.

I ordered the shoe for my wife. She's worn these for years and finds that they are extremely comfortable. She had never shopped for shoes online. She's very busy and I convinced her to buy them through Zappos. The shoes came before she had any free time, and she loves them.

I bought Easy Spirit & these at the same time & the Easy Spirit's are much more comfortable. These feel hard & stiff after wearing the others. Zappos delivery was incredibly fast, loved that aspect.

Arrived in LESS than 24 hours...perfect shoe for the gym. Perfect fit even though' some folks said to buy half size larger, I didn't and it fits perfectly. New Balance is a brand I've found I can totally rely on.

What more can I say? New Balance shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have these in white/navy and they are wonderful! I also own another style that I purchased at a New Balance store for nearly twice the price. Besides saving money when I shop here, Zappos also offers prompt shipping (received these overnight for free) and consistently delivers the utmost in customer service.

I've never ordered the New Balance before (husband did and loved them). I tried the right foot on when they arrived and it was fine, but this morning both tight and the left one more so. I'm going to go up at least a half size and see if that is better. I hope so.

Hmm... Still out for debate..
I love the look of the shoe, and initially thought it was great, however it's taking a little longer to get to that "comfortable" level than I'd hoped. After wearing to the gym everyday for almost a month, it still feels like I'm wearing brand new shoes and that's a little uncomfortable. Still hoping that gets better with time!!
The Zappos service was FANTASTIC and I cannot say enough good things about them!!! They upgraded my shipping, and I had the shoes less than 24hrs after ordering them at no extra charge!!!! AMAZING!!! I love this site!!!!
