GREAT shoe for my very hard to fit foot (very wide foot to start with, bunions in addition, high instep, normal heel). Lightweight, good leather, very comfortable walking.

I have wide feet and cannot find shoes that feel right, but this shoe fits very comfortable. It has little bit of a heel which prevents back pains and even long walks don't bother you at all and even my husband liked it.

Comfortable, practical shoes - sci-fi delivery -
I wanted a pair of shoes that would look adequately professional, would be comfortable for racing through an airport, and easy to get on and off at the security check, and this meets that need well. Plus, they are very lightweight, so are also good for packing if you are going to have them in your suitcase at some point during the trip. I like the fact that they have a high front since I’m short and I look better in slacks when there isn’t a gap between my shoe and the pants. I found them extremely comfortable, so I guess I don't miss the arch support others have cited. Also, normally I wear a 5 1/2 when I probably really need a 5 W, but they almost never offer wide in any size under 6, but these 5s actually came in W and WW, which makes them particularly comfortable for me. The freaky part was that I ordered them after 9p.m. at night and when I went to the door in the morning, they were outside, even though I didn't order special shipping. I felt like there was a shoe factory in my basement - it was wonderful, but very bizarre. Zappos is pretty amazing.

Poorly made -
I've purchased other Fitzwell shoes and they have fit very well and been well made. I was very disappointed in this shoe. Within the first day the leather up had a stress crack even though the shoes were slightly big on me and I only wore them around the office. The soles are made of cheap foam and have no traction. I would not recommend this shoe to anyone.

I tried to put on this shoe, but I could only get it on my right foot. It didn't fit my left foot. I'm pretty disappointed as this keeps happening and I don't know what the solution is.

A Cloud Of Comfort!!!
If you have a wide foot...this is the most comfortable shoe I have ever had on my feet!!!!! I normally, because they don't make many stylish wide shoes, wear a 7M will buy a 7.5 to give me a little more room. With this shoe I can wear a 6.5

Great shoe for jeans and running errands -
Very comfortable. I did find them a little long, but in the winter time they will fit well with socks on. I really like the wedge heel, I just wish it were a little higher.

Good, but not perfect -
I like this shoe, it works well for me, however, I have to say, I thought it'd be super comfy and it's comfy, but it does have very little arch support. Which isn't a big deal to me, I read the other reviews that stated this and I didn't care, but I can definitely tell it's not got a lot of support in the arch, if you need lots of arch support, then I wouldn't buy this shoe, but if you don't need arch support (like me) then its' good! And it's great for wide feet, I have really wide feet and the shoe is almost too wide (although still comfy), so that's a nice change for me!

While the shoe looked good, it was not that comfortable. It might be because I am so used to wearing Softspots with a lot of cushioning.

This shoe fits very well, looks good, & is extremely lightweight. I would suggest that anyone looking for a soft, comfortable lightweight shoe that they try this shoe.

Looks comfortable but is not -
I thought these looked like comfortable city walking shoes but after trying just the first one on, I put it back in the box. It instantly gave me pain in my arch. Although the shoe is very light, the sole is totally rigid and will not bend as you roll.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I am keeping the Naturalizer Mae
