Very comfortable for wide feet -
I have wide feet and do a lot of walking & standing at work. These shoes are very, very comfortable. The look is so-so but the fit is very good. I'm thinking about ordering 2 more pair so I have them when the previous pair wears out!

Very uncomfortable -
I thought these shoes looked so nice and comfy. I was definitely surprised when I discovered that they are not. They're fine for walking but when I stand still for any length of time in them, the balls of my feet just start to ache. I never have problems with my feet but these shoes brought out the worst in them. It's too bad, really, because they look really cute and I love the Velcro strap. You won't get blisters from these because they're soft leather but even with the gel insoles that I bought, these shoes cannot be saved.

Not that bad, but feels cheap.
I'm returning these. The look is okay and they aren't uncomfortable. The back comes up very high on the heel though, which could potentially cause some problems and just doesn't look very attractive. I might have kept them, however, the overall feel of these shoes is fairly cheap, especially the sole. I don't believe the sole would last too long at all.

Would not buy again -
This shoe is fairly cute and fit fine, but I had to discard this pair after approximately 5 months wear. 1) The sole wore down alarmingly quickly, so much so that the eventual unevenness on the heel made walking wobbly. 2) Velcro - who puts velcro on shoes that require hose? Plus, after awhile, the velcro stops holding. 3) And finally, the gel "bubble" inside the shoe tore and gooped out. I tried covering this with inserts, but there was no room in the shoe for them and my feet. Unwearable.

Good Basic Shoe -
I am pleased with this shoe. It is one of those "go to" shoes for your everyday needs when a lot of "running" is required (errands, mall shopping, etc). The padded collar and Fitzwell gel insole make this a very comfortable shoe and the adjustable strap accommodates many heights of insteps. The stitching design sets it a level up from your everyday knock-a-bouts. Overall a good, basic shoe.

Great shoe, but the traction wears down quickly -
This is a great shoe. It is lightweight and very comfortable. I am a little concerned by how fast the sole of the shoe is wearing down. After just a few days the sole shows significant signs of wear.

Comfortable, cute shoes, but alas, too lite to last with outdoor wear, narrower than marked. Will look for similar shoes, cute flats that will last. On my feet all day.

I am happy with my purchase. It's a good buy, and my only complaint is that there is little arch support so by the end of the day my feet are quite achy. I have a high instep so the strap is a little snug, but they are really cute shoes!

Great shoe for dressy pants.
This shoe is wonderful for those of us who can't wear heels due to foot problems but want something on the dressy side. The strap caused me a little difficulty because it hit on a sore spot on my foot but that is no longer a problem.

Fits pretty well -
I like the styling--the curved front stitching gives a pointed shoe visual effect without being a pointy shoe. The shoes felt a bit short in the toe at first, but wearing has made them comfortable. They look good with jeans.

Fantastic little everything shoe!
This little shoe is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It's super, super comfortable, it looks sleek and it's durable. I wear this shoe all the time! It's patent (which fits right in with today's "look") and can be dressed up with slacks or dressed down with jeans. I was just thinking last night about how I should order a few more in different colors. I highly recommend it!

Very comfortable flats!
Bought these with a certain occasion in mind. Now that I've worn them, I know that they will be a favorite. Size 6 1/2 wide is hard to find sometimes and these fit my wide, short feet perfectly. They have a hook and loop strap that can adjust in case my feet swell.

Cute, but cheaply constructed...
These seemed perfect for my 11-year-old daughter to wear to school. She loved them for the comfort. However, I must say that I agree with another reviewer - the shoe looked AWFUL after just a couple of weeks of wear. The soles wore unevenly and ended up flapping. I'm so disappointed in Fitzwell. These shoes are nowhere near the quality of the other Fitzwells I own.

Liked the look and they fit true to size. They are not comfortable and the inside footbed pulled up the first day I wore them. I super-glued the inside back down and I'll have to wait and see if they stay intact.

Disappointed -
I bought this shoe in early September for my daughter to wear to school. The shoe didn't even last a month with everyday wear. The soles are soft and wore down quickly. The shoe did not hold its shape for long. The shoe looked so bad after three weeks, that I just trashed them. Maybe if you just wore them now and then they would be ok, but for everyday use, this is not the shoe.

I love my shoes -
My shoes were purchased for an upcoming Christmas Pageant. I needed something dressy to go with a long black dress. These shoes were Perfect. I wish that the shoes had a wee bit more arch support however, that can be solved with a trip to the drugstore. Thanks for selling shoes for people who have a difficult time finding shoes that fit a short fat foot (6 1/2 WW). I will be a repeat customer.

When you said it was lightweight, I said to myself before I purchased it that how light could it be? Well Fitzwell, you have outdone yourself with this shoe. Besides being lightweight, it is comfortable, fits extremely well, and is cute as can be. I highly recommend this shoe to everyone.

It has plenty of room for my hard-to-fit wide, high instep feet. Good walking comfort. Look is so-so, but OK with boot cut jeans.

Fabulous Fitzwell!
I am really happy with my Terry! I was so happy with the brown ones that I ordered a black pair the next day.
My only semi-complaint is that the strap could be a little longer for extra wide feet; however they are roomy and comfortable.
They are so light! I have never been so happy with a shoe purchase being that I have very large and wide feet, these are honestly great shoes.

What a cute comfortable shoe. It's perfect as a casual shoe and also as a dress shoe. Plus I never had a shoe that is as light as this one is. It actually is as light as a feather.

A little wide, but a great shoe -
I am very happy with these... after walking around in them for ten hours, my only discomfort was a little bit of rubbing in my heel, but I think that was because I ordered them a half size too big. Still, though, for the amount of problems I normally have with shoes, these are by far my favorites. Will rush back to Zappos soon.
