These are the most comfortable pumps I have ever owned! I wear these to work, in an office, without tiring or aching at the end of the day. Needless to say, finding a pair of 12 W with heels is a challenge, but I will definitely look for this brand again! Worth every penny.

I always have a problem finding 6 wide shoes. These pumps are very comfortable and look great with either a work suit or an evening dress.

These are very nice looking shoes. I have been looking for a simple pair of low heeled pumps forever. I bought the beige and they are perfect for most any occassion I need pumps for. They are a bit wide in the heel but they are comfortable and fit my wide foot nicely.

I would say this shoe runs a tad long. Perfect fit for the wide that I ordered. I wore these shoes a full day and at the end of the day I put heel grips in one of the shoes. I think I should have ordered a half size shorter, but these are so comfortable I didn't want to send them back. I will deal with the length. I wear them to work and they are nice looking and comfortable.

The look, the style, the comfort and fit is what I was looking... the fit was a size smaller than what I take but it could be because I was able to get the shoe in the width I needed.

Too big -
With pumps, I always wear an 8 wide. That's what I ordered. When I tried it on it felt great. Then I put it on and wore it to work. I was falling out of the shoe within an hour. I would recommend you don’t order wide or consider ordering at least a half size smaller. Shoe does look good. Nothing snazzy but a basic pump. Very dark navy. Almost black.

Aching feet -
These are classy shoes. The size is true (I have big feet!). I am still looking for a pair of low heels, dressy, that I can wear to a social event that do not kill my feet. I wore them to church one time and within an hour my toes were crunched. I have installed more arch support and will try them again. Unfortunately, the very nature of high heels cause my toes to slip forward and get pinched.

A great shoe -
This is the first time I have ever ordered shoes from a mail order catalogue. I took a chance on these because Ros Hommerson is a brand that I can usually wear with my really wide feet, high arches and high insteps. I broke a foot in a car accident about 20 years ago - and that foot got even wider!! Anyway, this shoe fit perfectly and is really comfortable. I think I am going to get it in some more colors. It looks great with pants and skirts. And Zappos turnaround time for delivering the shoes is amazingly fast.

Nice pump -
This is a nice basic pump for slacks or skirts. The heel height adds a little class without being too high to wear all day. I don't think it's one of those shoes that will "wow" anyone, but overall, it's pretty, especially since EE shoes are so hard to find! I found it to be a little long, so my heel slips a little, but that is easily remedied with heel inserts. I'll keep this one.

I love this shoe, stepped into it and walked around without any "hurts". The fit is great for one who has a bunion, love the heel, it is higher than I usually wear but is very comfortable. Have had compliments on this shoe. Purchased a pair in Black and a pair in Navy.

Really cute shoe. The Patent croco print leather dresses it up, and the heal height is quite comfortable. The only thing is that I wish it had better arch support - but I have feet that notice when they are missng, and you can't expect too much arch support with a heel. Overall - a satisfied customer.

Nice quality shoe--very attractive on but I'm still getting used to the higher heal which I'm not used to. I needed a professional black pump to wear with my airline uniform and this fits the bill.

Comfortable dress shoe -
I am very picky about comfort and so far so good. I am on my feet 8 hours a day and try to wear heels. These are very comfortable for most of the day. I usually wear an 8 but go with an 8.5 in this brand.

This is a very attractive shoe. However, the navy is so dark I couldn't tell the difference between it and my black shoes. It was fairly comfortable, but I would have to add insoles for extra padding to be able to wear it. My Ros Hommerson Tada fits better and the leather in the Tada is much softer and more comfortable. The Tada is also very attractive and sexy. I recommend the Tada instead of the Cynthia.

RH Cynthia serves well -
Ros Hommerson is a brand that seems to fit my foot consistently. Comfortable, heel distributes pressure enough that my ankle does well with the height. Classy, very traditional. Not an attention getter but sometimes you need a classic look and the toe detailing bumps it up a notch.

Great mid-heel-height pump -
The main thing about this shoe is it affords good comfort from the fit and heel height. It's a great work shoe because of the comfort--nice with slacks and attractive enough for dresses, too.

Wonderful -
I have the most sensitive double wide feet in the world. (Think Fred Flintstone with plantar fasciitis, double bunions and high instep!). Finding pretty shoes that don't hurt has been a lifetime of work for me. This is the first shoe *ever* that fits my Flintstone feet, actually looks wonderful, and doesn't hurt in the least. I wear these with jeans or with suits, and I get compliments every time. It’s been a true blessing and I have a new pep in my step. I also add the foot petals for an even better feel. I LOVE ZAPPOS!

Super Comfortable Heel -
I'm on my feet a lot, and usually wear flats. Wanting to update my look, I tried these heels. The first time I wore them I was on my feet for over 2 hours, and was completely comfortable. The heel is sturdy enough to offer great stability, but still looks sleek and sexy. The leather is soft and supple, and fits literally like a glove. I bought the brown, and am considering getting them in black as well.

Comfort and style -
Liked this shoe even better after seeing it. I wear wide shoes and this style made my foot look slimmer. It fit well and is comfortable. I was hesitant about ordering the faux croc look, but I actually like it as it is a more interesting look than would be plain. I ordered it in navy and it goes well with dressy slacks as well as skirts/suits.
