These shoes are awesome! Extremely comfortable! I ended up getting a half size larger than I usually wear, but then the fit was perfect. They are also very lightweight. Definitely recommend them!

Snazzy & Functional -
I love these sneakers. The only other pair of sneakers that ever fit me this well were also New Balance. I bought them for walking (and light hiking), not for running, and they've been great. I like the aggressive sole and the sneakers feel light and comfortable in warm weather. The bright green is eye-catching and I've gotten lots of compliments on the look.

New to New Balance.
I have flattish feet but unlike most people in that category, I tend to suponate so I usually look for "neutral" shoes. This give a nice amount of support without killing my arches the way "stability" or "motion-control" shoes often do, Could use more forefoot cushioning, and I'd love if they were waterproof for muddy trails, but all-around, a good purchase. I got red, and they look nice enough for wearing around town with jeans. I am an 8 or 8.5 in street shoes, but generally a 9 in sneakers (my usual brands are Nike for athletics and Puma for casuals). The 9 works well in these. Though they are a little loose around my very narrow heel, they are fine in the toe. I've been wearing them with mid-weight or not-too-thin Coolmax socks.

Love this shoe!
I have to say these are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever purchased. The sewn-in tongue did take a little getting used to, but the shoes look and feel awesome. I've even considered buying a pair for every day.

Great shoes!
These shoes are fantastic once on. The connected tongue makes it a little difficult to get a wider foot in the shoe but once on they are delightful. Great support and stability for the foot.

Great shoe -
This shoe is really light and comfortable -- made out of a stretchy material that moves very well; I got it in blue and I like the look of it a lot also.

Great shoe!
Put these on right out of the box, and went straight out the door... felt like my old favorite pair of shoes! Super comfy, the attached tongue seems a bit odd at first... I always buy NB in 1/2 size larger than my regular size.

I don't want to take them off. They are really supportive and very comfortable. For running/trail shoes, they're super cute too.

Comfortable on the first time out.
These shoes are very comfortable and have great traction on the trails. I have to wear a lift in one of my shoes and there is plenty of depth in these to accommodate that.

Great shoe!
I love this shoe. I ordered a little large and it fit perfectly. The main reason I love this shoe is how lightweight, flexible, and at the same time, supportive it is.

WT800 - Great Buy -
I love these sneakers! Light with a nice grip. I run on a treadmill and light shoes are important to me. The fit is perfect, true to size.

These are so cute and comfortable. I got the green, I think I might get the red also! Orange would be cute if they had it.

Good workout shoe.
I'm a veteran gym rat, but a novice runner. So far these shoes have proven excellent in the gym, but a little more bounce would be great for the treadmill. Awesome traction for running in the woods, etc. The fit is perfect for me, I'm a small 8.5 and narrow footed. I'll keep running in them until I'm a little more long distance.

I have a wide foot and high arch and they work great. Felt they are true to size. Good grip. Slick low-pro design. Perfect.

Tongue Tied -
I love the comfort of these sneakers. Overall the shoe gets 3 stars because the tongue is connected to the rest of the shoe so it's a pain in the butt to put on. The up side is, once you get the sneaker on, you don't want to take it off.

Great fashion AND function -
When I got this shoe, I thought two things: 1) it looks too good to be a serious hiking shoe, and 2) I think it's too small (I wear an 11). I was wrong on both counts. All it took to fit like a glove was wearing the shoes for a week with slightly bulkier socks than I normally wear. I got tons of compliments on the looks during the week I was breaking them in. This is a super-grippy, stable, and comfy hiking shoe for serious rock hopping and climbing. Now, that my first pair are covered with trail dust, I need to buy a second pair for goin' out on the town! Highly recommended! If you like your shoes to fit a bit big, order up. I'd say these are close to about 1/4 size smaller than advertised, which is no problem considering I like my hiking shoes to fit snug.

Almost the perfect shoe -
I read many reviews before purchasing this shoe & was torn on the "buy 1/2 size up" vs. "it is true to size." I opted to order my usual size, and while it fits, there is something about the toe area that does feel a bit small (it's NOT small, but it feels small...maybe its low on the toes, therefore feels less roomy). Had I ordered a larger size, my foot would be slipping at the heel. It took me a few days to get used to the shoe -- I have NB running shoes, and these are very different. Your foot sits much lower in this shoe and the shoe itself is much lower around the ankle & heel; at first I almost felt like there wasn't enough shoe for support. NOW, after giving it a week or so, I really like it and am comfortable with the fit. The shoe is SUPER grippy (you can hear yourself walking on some surfaces) and while not a warm or waterproof shoe, the grip was extremely helpful in the snow last week. It took me a few days to get used to the lack of tongue opening (don't know the technical term, it's like putting your foot into a sock), but I’m used to that now as well. I love the look of the shoe, it's sporty and functional and a great color!

Feather light and fits like a glove -- true to size -
The shoe: feather light, fits like a glove (I wear an 8.5 and I ordered an 8.5), grippy tread, great lacing system. The laces are easy to pull tight and there are 2 additional eyelets which can be used to ensure an even more snug fit. My heel was riding up a bit but then I inserted the lacing through the furthest eyelet and all was well. I took the shoes for a spin on a packed dirt trail and they gripped really well. I wouldn't wear these in rainy weather (I think they'd soak through fast) but they are great for dry climates. One small nit -- the toe box has this stitching (decorative or functional I can't tell) that will probably abrade off the course of trail running.
Another word about sizing, I was concerned based on other reviewer’s comments so I called customer service. The sales person had first hand experience and said I should order the 8.5, my true size. Also, my foot is on the narrower side.

Amazing!
First off, I have to say that the customer service at Zappos is unlike any other online retailer I have ever purchased from. I placed my order late in the afternoon on Thursday and my shoes arrived by lunch time on Friday. They upgraded my already free shipping to overnight!
The shoes themselves fit amazingly well! They are comfortable and I was so happy to find a size 10.5 since it's such a rare size. I got the green ones and the color is awesome! They're very eye-catching but not obnoxious.
After reading some of the other reviews I was a little afraid of just how intense the tread on these shoes might be but it's perfect. Great for running outside on trails and even winter conditions.

Awesome -
These shoes are sooo super cute. As I am (sigh) getting older, I can't wear my cute flat bottom shoes anymore, so I was looking for a decent looking, more supportive shoe and I found it! I know some people had to order a size up, but I wear an 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I gave a 4 star on comfort only because I wish it had more arch support since I have high arches. I probably will buy another pair for the summer because I like them so much.

My first New Balance sneaker -
This New Balance is great looking and very comfortable. I ordered my regular size and a pair ˝ a size larger based on customer reviews. I don't wear heavy socks and for walking/running didn't want a sneaker with too much extra room so I stuck with my regular size. It was important to lace them and leave them on for awhile to appreciate the fit.

One of my best shoe purchases ever.
These are *the* most comfortable shoes I have ever owned in my life. I find myself wearing them at every opportunity, just because they put a bounce in my step and always feel great. Although their fit is "true to size," I would agree with others who recommend going up ˝ a size if your foot is more squared than tapered at the toes. My toes are more boxy than tapered/narrow, and had I not gone up ˝ a size, I would have found the toebox of the shoe too narrow with my SmartWool socks. Love the fit, style and the colors (hokie maroon and orange!). I'm seriously considering the purchase of a second pair as backups. Just outstanding.
