This is a great boot. Very soft and roomy. Fits just a bit bigger than their normal 8 1/2.

Good looking basic boot -
These are really comfortable and good looking with jeans or casual pants, but run a bit loose if you're going to wear them with thin socks. Probably not a full 1/2 size, but if you're between sizes you probably want to round down.

Great little boot, fits true to size and width. after wearing them on concrete for a full 4 1/2 hrs the first wear, they were very comfortable. Love ‘em.

I was looking for a pair of low short boots and these caught my eye in the store -- I tried them on and was not sure so did not buy. Had second thoughts and searched on Zappos -- found them. They are comfortable, able to wear with business casual or casual and look great.

Great Little Boot -
These were a perfect fit. I normally like a size that is wider and was surprised that there is no break-in time. I ordered the Terra and the black. As usual Zappos shipped better than expected and I had them within a day. Thanks Zappos! There is no reason to shop elsewhere for shoes.

Love these boots!
I have been searching for a long time for a pair of boots that work for me. Can't usually wear a heel, but this heel is perfect (thank you Zappos for making it so easy). Wore them at length from the first day and they are very comfortable. Small discomfort if standing on a hard surface for a long time (feels thin in the toe and heel). Wish they were a little warmer, but didn't buy them for that. Love their look. Love Zappos.

Love these boots!
I am very happy with the boots that I ordered. They are a great fit and didn't need to be broken in at all. I love the cognac color and the casual look. They are exactly what I had been looking for.

Great everyday-dressy boot -
I ordered this boot in the Terra color, which, confusingly, looks a lot more like cognac to me than the buff-colored "cognac" colored boot. It's a beautiful color, and looks great with black and browns alike. Heel height is just right to add a bit of dressiness without sacrificing comfort. Other reviewers mention how easy it is to wear this boot all day long, and I agree--toe box and arch support are both great.
I compared these boots with a considerably more expensive model by Stonefly, and decided that these were just as comfy, and classier, than the Stonefly model. If the price were a bit lower, they'd be ideal.

Functional style -
I was looking for an ankle boot that was stylish, but also functional, and the minute I saw these boots, I had to have them. I'm a size 6, and these boots were a little larger than expected, but with double sock layering (necessary in wintry upstate NY!) they fit perfectly. I'm not a leather expert, but the quality seems great. After a few days of walking around in them, the top part softened up enough to be really comfortable.

Excellent boots!
I wear these boots with pants, long skirts and maybe soon with some shorts or shorter skirts. They are leather, are light and well constructed, and look great.

I love the way these boots look. I ordered my normal size and they fit well. One thing - the sole feels very hard. I guess I am used to shoes with a bit more cushiony feel. Otherwise I really like them.

These shoes feel great - right out of the box. The fit it true to size (I’m a medium width) and they look and feel "sharp". I use them with jeans - which I wear all the time. Service was excellent. I received them the day after i ordered - just as promised. Very pleased. Will shop Zappos again.

Great Boot!
I ordered this boot in Cognac and I love the color! Great casual boot. Very comfortable - I wore it all day right out of the box and it felt great. I like a bit more padding under the ball of my foot, but the heel is low enough that it's not an issue.

Very comfortable and looks great. It was slightly narrower than the average shoe, but not too much. I think with normal stretching, it won't even be noticed. I get compliments every time I wear them!

I have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable due to bunions, but these seem fine. These boots have plenty of room in them for socks, they were a little stiff at first and bothered my shins, but after a day or two they have softened up.

Etienne ankle boot -
Great boot, beautiful style and easy to break in.
This boot fit my somewhat narrow foot well and I can wear them with tights or heavier socks. It could use arch support, but even without they are comfortable for walking. Great service from Zappos!

The only thing I can find wrong with this boot is the height of the heel. I would have preferred a little more height, but overall this boot goes well with just about everything casual.

OK for a super casual boot. The toe is more rounded than I would like but is quite comfortable. I added an insole for arch support.

Exceptionally Comfortable -
I have owned a pair of Aigner heels before, which are quite comfortable, and I hoped these boots would be the same. These shoes were everything I had hoped for: they're comfortable beyond belief and look great. I wear them to work and then running around for errands. They are slightly tight around the top of the shoe for the first day, but this quickly loosens up.

I wish I'd bought these boots before going to NYC recently! They were instantly comfortable and are a great walking boot. They're both stylish and well-made. It's hard to find a boot with a low heel that doesn't look dowdy. These are great and I'll be buying another pair in a different color.
